WE HAVE HIRED THE WELL KNOWN INTERIOR DESIGNER DIANE ESTEY TO FURNISH THIS 1912 TRADESMAN HOME. DIANE SPECIALIZES IN VERY FUNCTIONAL PERIOD RECREATIONS FOR FORMAL AREAS AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE YET ELEGANT FURNITURE FOR THE SLEEPING AND ENTERTAINING AREAS.

The first floor living room is done in a victorian ambiance centered around the warm and wonderful fireplace and the windowed views of Old Colorado City.

The dining room seats six and is comfortable and beautiful whether you use it for casual or formal eating. It is located directly off of the large kitchen which contains a second eating table that seats four and a glass table on the roofed porch seats four more.

The master bedroom is large enough to include a sleeping and entertaining area. The bed is a Queen with a Spring Air NASA foam matress. So comfy, you won't want to get out of bed. The intimate entertaining area has chairs, ottoman, tables cable TV and stereo. This room has two entrances with doors to isloate this area into an inner santum when required.

Bedroom two is in a room on the top floor with 270 degrees of view and includes a dressing table, built-in window viewing seat, stain glass window and a full bed with a Sealy Posturpedic firm sleep set.

Bedroom three is a full suite with a couch, dressing table, interesting bed with a Sealy Posturepedic firm sleep set. This bedroom has a separate entrance when required but is also connected to the main house through the dual staircase network.

Bedroom four can be setup instead of the game room or dining room. It contains another queen size bed, closet and dresser. The second bath is right outside this room. A second TV and stereo system is installed here. You may optionally request period one-arm bandits, poker table and pinball machines to be setup in this area.

Beautifully Gardened Front Yard. Outdoor Seating in the Patio or on the Roofed Porch. The roofed porch has a table and seating for four guests. The long front yard can be tent covered to support formal outdoor needs.

Real Estate Companies get volume discounts - ask how! Extra air beds can be integrated into sleeping areas exapnding the number of accommodated guests.
