Year Purchased: 1984
This is the photo at my place, same landing as the little flat, of Xavier a young canadian tenant who came with his parents in May 2008.
I usually get quite friendly with my tenants and they almost all came to have drinks at my place or take some photos of the living room which used to be La Fayette's livingroom. When I am in PAris( as sometimes I rent out the bigger flat or go down south, I am always handy to give advice to the tenants. I speak English and Russian and understand italian.

I have a coup de foudre for the building whan I saw it.It is really a unique wonderful building. And the little apartment was part of the main apartment which I separated and refurbished for my daughter ( actually she did herself choose everything) She studies abroad that is why I rent it out now.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I almost never stay in the small apartment. But the few times I stayed there I appreciated the light, the sun, the comfort of the bed and the fact that everything is so handy and well organized.And the location is so convenient and safe.
