Fully equipped kitchen including complimentary conveniences such as spices, dish washing liquid, soaps, trash bags, etc (all the basics are provided and you will not need to buy from scratch).
Weekly maid service is provided for stays of one week or longer. Daily maid service is available for $100 per day. The house is located literally one block from the beach and is in the heart of Ft Lauderdale. It is walking distance to the main beach front and minutes from famous Las Olas Blvd, downtown Ft Lauderdale, shopping, restaurants, fine dining, malls, airport, local water sports, spas, port Everglades, supermarkets, banks, major chains, gym, etc. Very exclusive high end neighborhood!

My family spent a little over a week in this fantastic house. The location was great, walking distance to Harbor Beach which was a great plus for us. We liked the quietness of that particular beach, away from the hubbub of the busier beaches of Ft. Lauderdale. The photos and description of the house were very accurate and there were NO unpleasant surprises. The house was very clean and well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, even a pump for blow up toys, a great, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer. It suited our family of 6 (2 adult and 4 children) very well. The house has a great layout, it's so open, airy, and spacious. The house is tastefully decorated, the furniture practical and the beds very comfortable. The patio in the back is beautiful and the covered porch offers lots of shade from the sun. The pool was clean and a real highlight for our kids, coming from North Eastern Canada. Our family's favorite was the outdoor shower, which we really enjoyed but was not mentioned in the write up. Annerley was extremely helpful with answering many of our questions prior to our arrival and a real pleasure to rent from and work with. I would highly recommend this home as it was lovely, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, safe and in such a great location. The house is a short drive from Las Olas Blvd, the airport and grocery shopping as well. A car is recommended as everything is close but not walking distance (except the beach). You will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The location of this property is fantastic.... you are close to the boat show, Las Olas, The Beach Etc. The house was great, nice BBQ and pool area and great view of the water. The neighborhood was safe for the kids too
