Family Vacation

Guest: NicoleS. (Plymouth, MI)

It was a great choice to stay here. Home is very clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable and the home easily accommodates 4 adults as well as children. The lake was nice for taking a quick ride around in the row boat or canoe and the location is perfect for Lake Michigan and Elk Rapids. We all had a great time and the kids enjoyed playing with the toys in kids room.

Lazy Bass is 5 Stars!

Guest: Sharon (Suburbs of Chicago)
Date of Stay: 07/29/11 Review Submitted: 11/20/11

The Lazy Bass Cottage was everything we expected and more. There were games, boats, a really nice screened-in porch with lights and an outdoor grilling area, chairs by the water, books, children's video systems....everything needed to relax! It is a beautiful house by the water. Wonderful vacation spot. Perfect.

Late season visit

Guest: Mack (Sanford MI)
Date of Stay: 09/14/10 Review Submitted: 09/22/10

All of us enjoyed our stay at the Bass Lake Cottage this September! Everything was comfy and cozy and we found everything we needed readily available. The view was gorgeous in the mornings as the sun came up and shone across the lake. We were there to site-see on our motorcycles so we didn't get an opportunity to get out on the lake either in the canoe or rowboat, but are eagerly anticipating including that on a future visit, as we plan to come again! Thanks David and Jillian for a great get-away!

Great summer get away

Guest: Di (Davison)

Clean, well kept, right on the lake that the kids play in during the day and I fished in during the early morning and evening. It is close to everything yet secluded in the trees. I highly recommend this cottage for an unforgettable summer vacation.
