Beachwood Place, formally A Place At The Beach is one of the nicest oceanfront properties on Hilton Head since it's 2007 total renovation project. Absolutely everything is new both inside and out. This is a small 24 unit complex with a private pool, washers and dryers, parking with a handicap ramp and elevator.
Just pack up the family and head out for some rest, relaxation and plenty of beach and sunshine. Our villa includes all new appliances, furniture, cabinetry, tile and carpeting throughout.
The villa can sleep six. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, private bath with designer sink and shower, Cable TV and view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV and close access to the primary designer bathroom. The living room has all new furnishings as well as a queen sofa bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen has all new cabinetry and granite counter tops and decorative lighting. The balcony is a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.
This location is ideal with its miles of sandy beach and ocean for as far as you can see. Coligny Plaza is the "heart" of Hilton Head and is within walking distance and offers many great restaurants, shopping and a small theater. During the summer months there are puppet shows and music events for both children and adults. The "Tiki Hut" with its live music is a long time icon of the island and is located just two doors away. One must be sure to check it out!
Biking is a very popular activity on the miles of trails or beach. The bike rental companies will even deliver the bikes right to your door.
And last but not least one cannot go without mentioning the wonderful golf and tennis available. Some of the worlds's best golf courses can be found here. And tennis facilities are available within a mile at the Player's Club or Van De Meer Tennis facility. Within a half mile are public courts where you can play for free.
Everything you need is provided for you; linens, bath towels coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glassware.
Just bring your bathing suit, a beach towel, a little sunblock and a good book and you will be well on your way to enjoying a vacation of a lifetime.
