This condo was great. The locaction was perfect, just off main street. The condo was quiet and had lots of room. It had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of room for parking. We would love to stay here on our next visit.

Moab Urban Experience

We have been going out to Canyonlands for over 30 years. We usually stay out in the rural areas and this time decided to try downtown Moab. This condo is great and very quiet. The VRBO is clean, very new and has many fun features such as a steam shower, iPod docking station, fully stocked kitchen, confection oven and more. The condo is in a commercial district so worked for us as a base camp and a spot to get lots of reading done. We were very happy with the service and the experience. Oh, and the sushi place around the corner is fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these beautiful accommodations in the village of Moab. Our three night stay was much too short, so we will definitely be back. We have stayed in a wide variety of vrbo units over many years and I can honestly say without exaggeration--this is one of the most well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located places we have ever rented! We could not believe how spacious this condo was for a one bedroom. This place is beautiful. Everything is top of the line... furnishings, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, comfy bed and nice toiletries available. Tucked away just steps from the downtown you could walk to many restaurants, however we chose to enjoy the secluded deck and backyard. Thanks for a great stay. Would definately rent here again.

Spacious and convenient condo!

Last week, my wife and I stayed 5 nights at this wonderful condo. I was celebrating my 50th birthday attending the Outerbike event. The condo was very well appointed. Large, clean, well-stocked, central to all the shops, restaurants, and activities. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils for us to prepare food when we didn't want to eat out. The living room was cozy, and we rented movies and spent a couple evenings cuddling on the couch just like home! The yard/patio was perfect for BBQ or relaxing under the stars in a "desert" garden. We brought mountain bikes and motorcycles, and were able to lock up the bikes in a storage room, and had plenty of room for our vehicle and the motorcycles to park. The location is two blocks from the main street, and less than a block from a great Thai and Sushi restaurants. We stayed in the lower unit, but there is a unit above as well. During our stay, we had guests above us, and it still felt very private. On our last night, the owners, Kel and Marc stayed upstairs, so it was nice to meet them. They know the area well, and have done a fantastic job in making this a memorable stay. We will return next year!

Had a wonderful 6-night stay in Moab recently, and were very happy with the Center Street Condo. Was comfortable, quiet, and a fantastic location just a block and a half from Main Street. Given the fabulous weather and unlimited outdoor activity options we pretty much just spent our evenings there, but it was really nice to be able to just walk into town for a nice dinner and stroll back home. Main Street is pretty busy with lots of traffic rolling through and I was pleasantly surprised that none of that was apparent from our condo despite it's proximity. Just as an FYI to anyone planning a visit; we actually drove by the condo entrance twice before seeing it. The owner provided good instructions, but it's so tucked away that you don't even know it's there from the street. We would have enjoyed our Moab trip no matter where we were staying, but having the Center Street Condo made it that much better. Thanks!

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful condo in Sep 2011. It is very spacious and extremely well appointed with nice touches in all the rooms. The location is excellent - very close to the centre of town but still extremely quiet. And of course Moab is a great base from which to explode Arches, Canyonlands and the La Sal mountains. Highly recommended.

My friend and I recently stayed at this condo in Moab and it is everything that it is advertised to be. It was walking distance to the best espresso bar in town as well as some of the nicer places to eat. The property manager, Kel, was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the condo and about Moab. She was also very quick to respond to any inquiries. We loved our stay in Moab and hope to return for another trip. If we do, we would definitely stay in this condo again!

We stayed 5 nights in early September 2011 and would really recommend this condo to other visitors to Moab. It's in a great location - on a quiet street but just 2 minutes walk from downtown. The condo was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout. We had a great time exploring Arches NP and Canyonlands NP, and at the end of a long hot day of hiking and sightseeing it was always nice to unwind in the cool and peaceful condo. So much better than a motel!

A splendid place to stay in Moab. The quality of the unit is great, the kitchen and bathroom have all that a five-star suite hotel would have, the yard is large and inviting for an evening rest on the patio. The location is just perfect for shopping and dining in Moab - all within a walking distance for a pleasant stroll. A Shell gas station is some two blocks away (north), and a City Market (groceries, etc) store a few minutes of driving south - both on the main street. This is definitely a place to recommend.

I highly recommend this condo. My husband and I spent 6 nights in Moab at this condo and it was a fantastic experience. The condo is spacious, immaculate and fully equipped, and Kel, the manager, offered great advice about sites in and around Moab. The condo is perfectly located - only a block from Main Street and its shops and restaurants, and a couple of blocks from the new library (worth checking out). The back yard is private and beautifully landscaped and is a great place to relax before or after a hike or bike ride at the nearby parks. We have been to Moab before, but always stayed in a hotel. No more hotels for us in Moab - we will definitely seek out this condo on our next trip.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. It is a beautiful space with all of the amenities. I highly recommend this to anyone heading to Moab. We will definitely stay here for our next Moab visit. It is right in the heart of Moab so you can walk everywhere. Plus it is so nice to have a comfortable place to relax in after a busy morning or a plus to hide from the afternoon sun.

Excellent place to stay, the description is entirely accurate. My wife and I loved coming back to the condo after our long hikes up in Arches and Canyonlands. Kel; You have a fabulous condo which was just perfect for our stay which ended June 3, 2011. You have done a great job making this such an upscale yet comfortable condo. All of the rooms were extremely large and functional, especially for a couple. We loved the bedroom and large bathroom and my wife felt the kitchen was really nice. I loved examining the neat Moab wall maps you have. Being one block from Main Street made walking downtown to eat and shop handy yet the rear location of the condo was completely quiet from any road noise what-so-ever. Communications before and after our rental were top notch as you certainly went the extra mile to explain everything clearly and insure we were prepared for the trip and happy after. Your tips were very useful during our travels around Moab. Our eating choices were a little more pedestrian than your suggestions as we found Pasta Jay's terrific and it was only one block from the condo. I was expecting a very nice condo from the description and photos but it was even nicer than anticipated. I will certainly recommend to friends and relatives that they stay here if they go to Moab, which with the Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Canyon and the great rivers, scenic drives etc, is a top continental USA location to visit. We even went to the rodeo one night for a change of pace which was entertaining. We had a great visit and hope to return both to Moab and to your condo. Thanks again for everything, Kel.

This condo delivers everything as described and shown in the pictures on the VRBO website. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools and dishes. We enjoyed being able to park in the private area behind the condo and walk to all the shops along Main. The owners were very easy to reach and eager to answer questions. This condo was very inviting and one we highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 10 days and absolutely loved it. It had plenty of room with plenty of storage space for clothes, food, whatever! The kitchen was fabulous as was the bathroom and bedroom. It was beautifully decorated... it felt like a real home. We enjoyed the nice private courtyard with places to sit in the sun or shade. We have stayed in many condos and I must say this was one of my favorites. It was within easy walking distance to town which was another big plus. I highly recommend it!

The owners think of every detail. Items are located intuitively, it's like being in your own home... only cleaner! We stay every year and appreciate the convenience of serving breakfast to our children before leaving for the day. You can walk to many downtown shops, library, and much more.

We were very pleased with our stay on Centre St. You cannot find a more convenient place to stay in Moab ! Our days were spent on the mountain bike and hiking trails surrounding Moab, and our evenings were spent taking in the downtown experience of Moab during Jeep Week. We never had to drive anywhere once we were back in town thanks to the convenience of this condo ! We very much enjoyed eating breakfast in the fabulous kitchen, and always had the right tools for any cooking that we did. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable.....Jocelyn really appreciated the large amount of closet space. For a short or extended stay, Centre St. is amazing ! This is definitely a great place to stay and will be at the top our list for our next trip to Moab.....hopefully it's available !

We were in Moab for the half marathon, and this beautiful condo was in the ideal location. I was walking distance to every place I needed to get too. The Thai restaurant is only half a block away! My husband, son and I really enjoyed the wonderful accommodations--it had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I'm sure will be staying here in the future. This condo is a gem! Immaculate and completely comfortable; spacious and bright. I cannot say too much about it. We would unreservedly recommend this place to friends or relatives and would return in a heartbeat. Owner's travel and dining suggestions were "spot on!" For dining, our personal favorites were Jeffrey's Steakhouse and Pasta Jay's; and the ranger-led Fiery Furnace hike in Arches was terrific. Be sure to make reservations for it as soon as you can - it is a must do!

The Center Street condo greatly exceed our expitations. On our next visit to Moab this is the only place that my wife and I will stay. It is close to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops yet quiet, private and secluded. The condo is like a very high end home with all the best of everything in construction and furnishing with a beautiful, private back yard. The VRBO photos do not do this property justice; it is just simply the very best! No hotel or resort in the Moab area even come close. The property manager, Kel did a very professional job in managing our transaction and stay-made some great recommendations too.

A Gem in Moab on Center Street

We knew when we first opened the door to the Center Street Condo that we'd found a gem. After driving several hours from North of Salt Lake, we were ready to relax, and relax we did. The condo had all the comforts of home, and more. We'd counted on picking up supplies, but wound up buying far less than we'd thought we would -- plenty of paper goods, bags, soap, even hand lotion and shampoo awaited us, little things in the scheme of things perhaps but nonetheless less we had to worry about shopping for during our limited time in town. We spent our days in Moab hiking and exploring Arches and Canyonlands, and Kel's recommendations came in very handy. Kel's notes on trails, sights, restaurants, etc. really did come in very handy and we carried them with us wherever we went, not knowing what decisions we'd wind up making as our afternoons unfolded. We had two very delicious and reasonably priced meals at Eddie McStiffs, about a half-block away, (awesome Cobb salads, fresh food and attentive service) and in general the location was just perfect for exploring downtown in the cooler evenings and as a perfect point of departure to all of our destinations. We loved Moab and the condo, and the personal touches and care the owners have put into this beautiful property make it a pampering, as well as worry-free, rental experience. FANTASTIC. Huge yard with lots of room for post-ride cleanup, repairs, relaxation. The condo is spacious with high-end finishing and furnishing. Gourmet kitchen, massive luxury bathroom. Quiet location but walking distance to the heart of Moab. Simply unbeatable.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Center Street Condo and found it absolutely perfect. It's a unique property located one block east of the center of Moab so it was perfect to walk to most locations. The condo is brand new and beautifully decorated so the stay was very comfortable. For us it was a much better option than staying in a motel or in a golf course condo several miles out of town. This place is a little oasis right in the middle of the action.

We were a family of 4 on an extended tour of the west and this was one of our favorite experiences. The comfort level, the convenience and the homey warmth was exactly what we needed. Everything was in order and well documented, (If I rented my own home, I would use this as a template). The bathroom was fantastic, the master bedroom was super, the backyard was much appreciated. As a map collector I especially loved the large map of the area on the wall. We would without a doubt, stay here on our next visit and recommend to all our friends.

This condo is better than your average vacation rental. It has been professionally designed and decorated. The rooms are large and all appliances are top of the line. The location is quiet, yet within a block of restaurant and shoppes. Parking is private and the backyard is a great place to grill and hang out. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Moab - you won't be disappointed.

July 2009. Beautiful condo in Moab. Very central but still quite. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. BBQ and patio area fantastic. Excellent service...we ran out of gas for BBQ and on contacting the agent, they replaced the cylinder within 15 minutes. Perfect for our holiday and would definitely use again if we return to Moab. Booking and arrival information was also good and straight forward and agent kept good and prompt contact.
