Ocean Townes Unit #2 is a Three Bedroom 2 1/2 bath direct oceanfront townhouse. It features magnificent views from each of its two ocean front porches which run the entire length of the unit. The Unit has two levels. The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, family room and 1/2 bath. There are two sliding glass doors in the family room which lead out to a screened oceanfront porch. One of the sofas opens up into a queen size bed. Directly off of the first floor screened porch is a spiral staircase leading directly down to the beach.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is oceanfront, with a king size bed and double sliding glass doors which lead to the second floor sun deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. This unit allows you to rent the space and privacy of a home without the expense.
This is a non-smoking Unit. No pets allowed.
This unit will comfortably sleep 8 persons.

Very comfortable and convenient to beach , shopping , and everything else. Property was as advertised , but could use a small amount of TLC. For the price, it is an excellent deal. As close to the beach as you can possible get makes this unit very enjoyable.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
