Our 4 bedroom 4 bath home with two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs is the perfect place for a family or 2 to 4 couples to vacation for one month at a time or for a shorter period if OK by us. 8 people max. Our Plantation Style home, built in 1961 by AMFAC, and remodeled completely in 2006, has the old Hawaiiana feel with vintage bamboo furnishings, two contemporary recliners upstairs, with another sofa and chairs downstairs, original refinished fir floors, fans in all rooms and collectable vintage art and accessories. We have air conditioning upstairs and down. All rooms have ceiling fans.
In the open living area upstairs you will see a good size kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, Caesar Stone counters and wine cooler. One and a half quiet dishwashers, electric stove and microwave.
We have a dining table, 'Big Sur' from Crate and Barrel, with benches and 2 leather side chairs which seats 10 comfortably. The dining area is adjacent to the deck which has La Fuma recliners and gas barbeque.
Flat screen TV upstairs with HD DVR. Smaller flat screen TV downstairs with HD DVR, flat screen tv's in downstairs bedrooms.
A/C up and downstairs with separate controls.
Downstairs, a full living area, full kitchen, treadmill, dining table w/ 6 chairs, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all in vintage Hawaii style. This area opens up to deck, lawn and path to Mango Grove and cove, pool area. Watch the surfers at 'Little Makaha', whales in season and listen to the birds.

Well, because it's quiet, and just perfect. Close enough to Lahaina and Kaanapali for dining out. Kapalua and Napil Bay, just a short trip north.

We love our own cove and pool area. Marine life abounds and turtles are plentiful. Saltwater pool is warm year round.

First came to Maui in the early 80's with kids. Love West Maui and really have never stayed anywhere else on Maui except Hana. Now we enjoy our grandkids on Maui!
Decided Hana was just too far away, so bought this home which was in need of much love and repair. Took us 3 years, but now it's just perfect. Plenty of room for just us and/or family and friends and guests. It's totally equipped.

We are a family of 6 adults and one 3 year old and we rented this BEAUFIUL home for a 10 day family holiday. The house is gorgeous with every amenity and is quiet, private and was just a perfect base for a truly relaxing and luxurious time away. We especially loved the private pool and snorkeling from the cove. Those sea turtles are truly amazing! The Lindseys obviously love their Maui home and it is evident in the multitute of tasteful and thoughtful details.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I have stayed here many times, and i love it here!!!! My two sisters and my parents also love it so much. Since my grandparents own the house, you might think that is why i call it wonderful but thats not the reason, I truly do l think this is the best place to stay!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.
