Seaspray *Ground Floor* as Close as You Can Get to the Beach!

  Condo perfect. I have been coming to this beach area for over 30 years and rate this condo THE BEST; it is extremely clean and well depicted in listing photos . I believe the wooden walkway to the beach is the closest walk I have experienced, and highly recommend the ground floor experience of this unit. As i have multiple sclerosis, walking is difficult but I made it to beach easily and was able to walk in the sand a little ways. THIS FELT WONDERFUL!!! . Having a private patio right outside the door made us feel as if we were actually sitting on the beach. We also had the opportunity to meet next door travelers from Alaska. Condo details included perfect accessories, furniture, nicely stocked kitchen, and extra special master bedroom with huge master shower. No outside noise so very peaceful. We will book again.

  This was our first time in the Florida area and we just loved it the beaches! Even though we had some rain and high winds for the first 2 days, which made the waters muddy. The remaining 4 days could not be better, they were just fantastic! You would be hard pressed to find another condo with the same accessibility to the beach as this one for the price. The condo was really comfortable for two adults and 3 kids. My only complaint would be the limited cooking supplies. Items needed for families that do a lot of cooking like us, such as a griddle for pancakes, more than one small cutting board, better knives, better blender, 8" non stick pan for eggs. I also had to run out and buy kitchen trash bags and toilet paper, for the most part in all rentals we've stayed in ( and there has been many) this has never been an issue. That would really be my only emphasis for my next stay, I do have to say that I did text Greg about the trash bags but do his travels was unable to get back to me sooner to let me know that the was extra bags under the bed as well as tissue paper! Overall we hope to back soon!

  My family is about to schedule our 3rd vacation in this condo! The beaches are beautiful, and it is a very family friendly environment. It is quiet and relaxing. If you want loud and lots of activity, just drive 3 miles down the road to the attractions. This is the most spacious condo we have ever vacationed in at the beach. The livingroom area and kitchen area look out over the beach/ocean. Once you step out of the back door, you are literally a few steps from the sand. From the back patio, we could watch our kids at the pool and also watch them fly a kite on the beach!! If you are asking yourself if this is the right condo for you...I am going to SAY YES!! Don't pass it up!!! Just don't book our week!! ;-)

  My husband and I brought my 80 yr old parents for a well deserved vacation. We LOVED the condo and the area. Greg's pictures and descriptions of his place were totally accurate and it was perfect for us. The zero entry pool was well maintained and the perfect temperature. Being on the ground floor close to the pool and the beach made it easily accessible plus we could still see the ocean and all it's beauty, including a baby shark, dolphins and flying bat rays!!! The neighbors, most of them owners or repeat visitors, were very friendly and gave us great tips on places to eat and visit. We would love to be repeat visitors to this wonderful condo in the perfect location!

  plenty of room, perfectly furnished, easy access to the pool, and only steps from the beach. The small grassy area out front is perfect for families with children. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for clean, well maintained place to stay....Hope to return soon.

  This was our second trip to Perdido Key and Seaspray 102. We love the quiet, secluded feel of Perdido Key yet the closeness of all the restaurants and activities during the evening. The view from the condo is amazing and the ground floor is awesome! Our family had a wonderful vacation again this year and look forward to returning next summer!

  Just returned from a wonderful week in Perdido Key. It was our first trip to PK and to Seaspray 102. Both were fantastic. The condo has an open floor plan, was light and airy and tastefully decorated. Being on the ground floor not only provides close proximity to the pool and beach but provides easy loading and unloading of your car. We thank Greg for making everything so easy. We loved this condo and we loved the laid back feel of Perdido Key. We hope to return to both very soon!!!

  My daughter, grandchildren and I made a last minute trip over spring break and the place was wonderful. Not only would I recommend it to others--I did! My friend and her family just returned and had a great time. Location is terrrific and the condo is comfortable and well-stocked. Living area is very roomy.

  The condo is everything described in the pictures and listing. I've never stayed at ground level and it was wonderful. The condo itself is spacious and is very updated, love the decor and layout. The owners were great to work with while making the reservation, etc. and provided great instructions. Will definately stay here again.

  Spent spring break at your comfy condo. It had wonderful access to the beach AND the pool. Just out the back door and you are there. Very short walk across the boardwalk. No climb down a bluff and the pool is just one door over. Perfect place for anyone who needs or wants a short walk. Condo looks even better in person. The living room and bedrooms are more spacious than the photos can show. Great value, gorgeous first floor view. Nothing to complain about. The beach is uncrowded and clean. Our teens appreciated access to both Seaspray pools and fishing across the street at the pier. Thanks for a great experience. Stephanie, Bowling Green, Ky.
