Spent spring break at your comfy condo. It had wonderful access to the beach AND the pool. Just out the back door and you are there. Very short walk across the boardwalk. No climb down a bluff and the pool is just one door over. Perfect place for anyone who needs or wants a short walk. Condo looks even better in person. The living room and bedrooms are more spacious than the photos can show. Great value, gorgeous first floor view. Nothing to complain about. The beach is uncrowded and clean. Our teens appreciated access to both Seaspray pools and fishing across the street at the pier. Thanks for a great experience. Stephanie, Bowling Green, Ky.

Perdido Key is a must visit!

This was our third visit to this condo at Seaspray on Perdido Key. Since our first visit, we looked no further. The owners are very gracious and accommodating and the condo is very well appointed as shown in online photos. We love the first floor and the green space just off our patio gives you the feel of having your own lawn. All the guests/residents we met during our stays have that good 'ole southern hospitality, even though many are from further north than we. This year we discovered a few different places to eat: Cobalt's is a little upscale, great food, view of river but not overly pricey. Cosmos is owned by same people, more casual but same excellent food. There is another new deli called Simply (something!) about 1/2 mile from Seaspray (left menu in condo on bulletin board), that has FRESH daily specials and the BEST crab cakes you ever had. We also signed on to a sunset sailing cruise, met lovely people and had a great cruise. Besides enjoying beautiful beach and pool, we always make a trip to Tanger Outlet in Foley. The air museum in Pensacola is also worth seeing. We will definately be back! Jan & Al, Louisville, Kentucky

My daughter, grandchildren and I made a last minute trip over spring break and the place was wonderful. Not only would I recommend it to others--I did! My friend and her family just returned and had a great time. Location is terrrific and the condo is comfortable and well-stocked. Living area is very roomy.

This was a wonderful condo and was exactly how the photos represented it. It was just steps from the beach and the pool which is great for little ones and carrying all of their belongings. Our family been staying here every September for the past four years. It has been perfect for us as we have watched our son celebrate his birthdays each year with a growing love and respect for the Gulf Coast, the most beautiful beaches in the country. Each stay has been wonderful and the accomodations are always just what we need. The condo is clean and the location and accessibility to the pool and the beach are unsurpassed. We just returned from a 4 night stay at this exceptional condo. My family ( 2 adults and 2 children (under 3) and our friends ( 2 adults and 1 child) have made it a tradition to do an annual beach trip. This year was one of our best trips yet!! The condo was very clean and very nice. Very spacious and the decor and upgrades were very nice. I cannot say enough about the location... I really dont think I have stayed at a closer place to the beach. With small kids this is a dream come true!! The zero entry pool is wonderful!! It will literally take you 5 minutes (or less) to walk from the back door to your chair on the beach. We had the best time looking for shells, building sand castles, and relaxing!! I really cannot say enough great things about this condo and the proximity to the beach and pool! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!

If you like a peaceful laid back Vacation with uncrowded beach and a wonderful, comfortabe place to enjoy it all then this is the place for your next beach vacation... We spent a memorable week the first part of August...Grandchildren loved the pool, so close to this unit, and the beach. Good restaurants a short distance away...Don't miss visiting the nearby Navy Aviation Museum at Pensacola. It is located very short distance away. We actually visited the museum twice and didn't see everything that we wanted to see. With free admission you don't need to wear yourself out...Visit when you want and when you get tired leave and come back for another visit. We would love to book another visit to this condo...

If you are looking for the perfect beachfront condo, this is it! The ground floor allows you perfect, easy access to the beach walkway AND the two pools! And not to worry, you can easily see the water from your patio. One of our favorite activities in the mornings and evenings was to sit on the patio--people-watch, enjoy the view and look for dolphins. The large sliding doors give you plenty of natural light. My mom had hip replacement surgery so easy access was a must. You are literally just a few steps to the beach access and the pools! The interior of this condo is lovely! Thank goodness, no tacky beachy themes here! Very tastefully and comfortably decorated! My dad and husband were so happy to see not just one but TWO recliners in the den area. The kitchen is well-appointed and you will lack for nothing if you cook dinner at home...Be warned though, there is no grilling in these units. The bedrooms and baths are quite nice as well! There are restaurants very close by. And, you are only 1.8 miles from the infamous "FLORABAMA" (i know this because i ran this every morning! the florabama was my destination to turn around!) Finally, I would like to add that the owner, Greg, is just wonderful! He answered all of our questions, handled our monies in a professional and efficient manner and was in constant communcation! This is, without a doubt, one of the nicest vacations we've had! I grew up going to the Panhandle and know that part of Florida quite well. Perdido Key was a new experience and we enjoyed it immensely. If you rent this condo you will not be disappointed!!

If you are reading reviews and searching for a condo on the beach - you just found it! No need to look any further! There are no negatives with this condo! This was our 2nd vacation in this condo and we have no plans to ever look for another condo on the beach! This one is it! This condo has an open floor plan with large bedrooms and an awesome master bath. The ground unit is perfect for each member of our family. The pictures on the site are wonderful, but I have concluded it is impossible to capture the true view of this condo with a camera. You just have to see it with your own eyes. I agree 100% with every review on this site. There just are not enough good words to say about Perdido Key or about this condo and the Solomon's. The Solomon's are like friends, they have been so accommodating and professional, yet friendly and welcoming. Rating the condo, view, Perdido Key, Solomon's - I give them all a 15 out of 10 rating! Don't tell the Solomon's this - but from what we can tell - you just are not going to beat this price - esp for what you get!! **Special note - My mom uses a walking cane, so to make getting around in the sand a bit easier, we rented a beach wheelchair for her. We were thrilled that the SeaSpray building next door had put in a beach access ramp!

great condo and location

We loved this condo! Had all the kitchen equipment we needed for cooking and the location is great. There are just a few houses to the right of Seaspray, so the beach was very private and not at all crowded. This condo was so close to where we set up on the beach, could not have been easier! I am 7 months pregnant and this ground floor unit being so close, but not too close, to the pool and close to the ocean made it so easy for me! You're also allowed to leave beach umbrellas, chairs, etc on the beach which was a definite plus for us with a 3 yr old. This was our first visit to Perdido and we will definitely be back and hope to get to stay at the Solomons' again!P.S. the most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept on-- more comfortable than my own!

We spent our third annual vacation at this condo and it gets better every visit. I can't say enough great things about this location. The beach is just a few steps out the back door and is absolutely beautiful. Everything is very well maintained, equipped and comfortable! This is a family friendly environment and very quiet in the evenings. The description for this listing is completely accurate. The owner is great to work with on all the arrangements. We have never had a single problem during any of our past three visits. I'm ready to go back! This condo has become our annual family getaway. I highly recommend for a relaxing vacation at the beach. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. One of our top 10 places in the world!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation condo then you just found it! Our family of 4 had the best time during our stay. The condo location on the ground floor is great with kids because you can easily go to the pool and beach without going through the condo building. In and out through the patio door of this condo is just the best! The condo is very nicely furnished and very clean. As far as unloading the car, you can easily back right up to the front door and unload. Absolutely no hassle to check in or check out. Everything about this condo and the entire Seaspray complex, from the ease of unloading the car, to the use of the exercise room to the use of the condo's wireless internet is absolutely five stars. Thank you to the Solomon's for sharing your wonderful condo with our family!

A Definite Must!

We stayed at the Seaspray condo for a week and it is by far the best condo we've stayed in. We come every year to Perdido Key and will stay at the Seaspray condo again next year! The Solomon's have been very helpul and communicative. My husband was able to sleep the entire night for the first time in years due to the super comfy mattress in the master bedroom. This condo is gorgeously appointed, yet comfortable and liveable and roomy. It is steps away from the pool and we could see dolphins swimming in the Gulf from our condo. The windowed walls make the most of the view from the living, dining and kitchen areas. This is by far our favorite place to stay and the Solomons made everything so easy!

Spring Break 2011

Our spring break vacation was simply fantastic and SeaSpray was the perfect place to stay! The Solomon's have gone out of their way to make their condo very accomodating and relaxing - from the upscale furnishings, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness and all the comforts of home. The pictures and description are great, but the real thing is even better. We normally stay on a higher level floor while at the beach, but not anymore - the ground floor unit was awesome! It was so nice being able to walk out the sliding glass doors just steps from the zero entry pool and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We just can't say enough about this place and have already recommended to friends and family. We're even making plans to return this summer and will definately be staying here again.

Thanksgiving at the beach was GREAT! Your place is so nice and we appreciate your attention to the details. Everything was perfect, comfortable beds and couches, kitchen so well stocked, the BIG walk in shower, and the ground floor no elevators or stairs, and walking right out the door to the boardwalk and pool was so nice. We couldn't have been more comfortable if we'd been at the Ritz Carlton. We felt more like guests than renters. What a great find! We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your place. We truly had a very blessed Thanksgiving at the beach.

Our Time at SeaSpray

Perdido Key is the perfect getaway and this condo was the perfect place to stay. The home, I call it a home because that is where I felt like I was, was well appointed. The furnishings and decor were upscale, yet not fussy. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped, which was appreciated, because we cooked in almost every night. You can see the ocean from every angle of the living, kitchen and dining room. When you step outside, you are just maybe 40 steps away from the beach! I would rate this place a 12 out of a 10. The Solomon's were wonderful to work with and we feel truly blessed to have found this little gem on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is our new place and we will be back year after year...maybe even twice a year if we are lucky!

Beach 2010

We have been going to the beach in this area all of our lives. Seaspray 102 has been our best beach experience. In all the years we have been coming to this area we have never stayed at the same place twice. However, that is changing as of this year. We hope so stay at Seaspray 102 many more times. The location was great. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle to be more laid back, but close enough to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola to find anything you wanted to do. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was so clean. We were so close to the pool and beach that it was like we had our own personal accomodations. The owner was great to work with and I would recommend this to everyone I know. Our children have already made comments about when we come back to Seaspray. From making beach plans, unloading at Seaspray, and coming back home, this was a our most stress-free vacation to date.

Quick access to beach, pool & shopping nearby The property was even nicer than depicted in photos . There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place it was perfect for us.There was much to do close by but our desire was to sit & relax and that is just what we did.The owners were great to deal with & we are coming back.

My family and friends had a great time. Just as the title says it is right on the beach on a ground level. You can literally park 20' from the front door walk into the condo and right out the back to the beach. The pool was just to the right, which my children enjoyed after they had walked the beach to pick up shells. I enjoyed the naval museum, just a short drive away and my wife got in some shopping. I caught a nice stringer of fish and got some good pictures. There are alot of amusement parks for children in Gulf Shores just down the road. This was one of the nicer condoes I have stayed at and the beach was quite private during May. I would definately go back again and would recommend it to others.

Florida "fun in the sun" vacation

"We had a wonderful week of fun in the sun at Perdido Key. Sea Spray was more than we could have expected. It was all of the comforts of home with fantastic views and the most convenient access to the beach that you could ask for. Our boys enjoyed riding the surf with their boogie boards during the day and keeping in contact with their friends back home with the internet in the evenings. Walking/running the beach every morning to Alabama and back was great. Shells, sand dollars, and even a few living critters were seen along the way. We enjoyed the variety of sea food at many local restaurants and decided "The Crab Trap" was at the top of the list. This was our first experience using VRBO to plan a vacation and we were impressed with the ease of it. We would do it again without hesistation.

Perfect Spot To Relax

We stayed in this condo in Dec. '09 and again in March/April '10. This condo is in the perfect spot with a short walk to the beach and zero entry pool just a few feet away is so nice. My husband did some fishing off the beach and caught pampano, sting ray and shark . . . We ate at the Sunset Grill and the BBQ place down by the Florabama and they both were good and the people were very nice. Its a great place to stay and the owners are more than accomodating! Anyone that spent the months of January & February 2010 in the Florida panhandle know the weather was a bit unseasonable-chilly.Judy and I spent the period from January 9 thru March 12, 2010 in unit 102 of the SeaSpray West and despite the weather ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable,and well appointed throughout making entertaining easy and enjoyable.We enjoyed the Super Bowl-even tho we`re Packer fans-with friends on the large screen,wall mounted TV.This along with the wonderful and exciting view of the Gulf, the sound of it`s surf all within a short distance from the patio door made for A very enjoyable stay that was so enjoyable that we have reserved the condo for the same time period next year.It is also close to many excellent restaurants---we really enjoyed Valarta`s a Mexican fare--the naval air base and historic downtown Pensacola just to mention a few. We also want to mention the very accomadating owners,Anna & Greg Solomon, who went out to make us feel at home.Can`t wait to get back regardless of the weather--altho we would prefer sunshine.

The pictures on the site are great, but they do not do this condo justice! The view from this condo will take your breath away! The sand is literally a few footsteps from the back door! This condo is very spacious and feels like home!! The master bedroom is great with a very cozy king size bed and a huge oversized tile shower! This is the first time we stayed on a ground unit at the beach and we were so so surprised with how much we loved it!! The access to the pool and beach from the back door made it seem like the pool and beach were there just for us! There are no negatives about this condo or its location!! We are already booked to go back! Thanks so much Solomons!!!

Great Condo!! Have stayed here many times and would recommend this unit to anyone. Furnishings are very nice and the unit is super clean. Ground floor unit is a must!! Just walk out the huge sliding door and there lies the zero edge pool and a little further is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Also, easy in and out to parking lot. We were able to park right at the door of the unit, which was really nice. My husband loved the large flat screen tv on the wall and high speed internet! Owners were easy to work with and responded promptly to all inquiries. Bottom line... this is a great unit!

Dec 30 - Jan 8, 2010 This was our 2nd visit to Seaspray, and we found it as lovely as ever. First floor beach front is definately an asset. We loved opening the drapes to a panoramic view of the ocean. We also liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living area. The master shower is the best! We enjoyed eating at the famous LuLu's as well as the Shrimp Shack and had the BEST grouper dish at Cobalt's (near the bridge) on New Year's Eve. We chose a record cold week in all of Florida, but did not affect our beach walks! For shoppers, the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley is a must. The people on laid back Perdido Key are very friendly and you feel you are at home on vacation. We will definately return to Seaspray.

This condo was perfect! Everything was even nicer than pictures, and better than we could have ever hoped! We loved how we were on the ground floor, and it was so easy to walk to the pool and beach. Dear Solomon Family, What a blessed week we had staying at your SeaSpray condo. It was the PERFECT location for us. The condo was gorgeous!
