Year Purchased: 2007
We purchased this home is November of 2007 as our retirement home. We live in Virginia, and enjoy Breckenridge in both the winter and the summer. It is truely a retreat for our family.
Season's Dreams Vacation Homes manage the property from right in Breckenridge. They live and work in Breckenridge to take excellent care of our guests. They have put together special packages which makes staying in our vacation home a really easy vacation. Whether you are coming to enjoy a great family reunion, group vacation, wedding, or retreat, Shannon and JJ will take care of you.

The home was perfectly lovely. We had a wonderful time. That home was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had a large pantry,new appliances, and lots of pots and was very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub the outdoor grill, and beautiful views. We will definitely be back

This home was perfect for our vacation, and we can't say enough good things about it! Thank you so much. We visited over the July 4th weekend and following week. We have a big family and wanted lots of space for everyone to have their own area. Our favorite features were (1) the game room with a very nice foosball table and Wii along with games and accessories; (2) the extremely clean, nice, big hot tub that was perfect for the cool evenings; (3) beautiful and really high-class items throughout the house (no skimping on towels, appliances, dishes/pots/pans, fixtures and maintenance); (4) great selection of local books/guides along with miscellaneous videos and such that helped us save money on our down-time entertainment; (5) privacy - most of the neighbors were either there just for the holiday or not there at all! and (6) nearby shuttle bus for the teens when the adults were off with the rented vehicle. The master bedroom and bath was so nice for the parents' privacy, located on the top floor and with a really nice bathtub - far superior to a hotel bathtub with jets, great walk-in closet and a balcony with such an amazing view of the stars, slopes and town. Our little one enjoyed the bottom floor with all the cool kid stuff and bunk beds, and his own bathroom, while our teens liked being on the middle floor with great views of the backyard from their windows, nice TVs in their rooms, and a shared bathroom along with an extra bathroom on the same floor near the kitchen - no fighting!! The kitchen was so well equipped - we found almost everything we needed and really just had to buy food. The pantry was great for storing things and we found a lot of cool things to serve dinner with - also we sure appreciated the humidifiers, since we are not used to the dry mountain air. The view from the family room was amazing! What a beautiful way to wake up every day! Also in the family room, our kids found so many fun games - there's a great game table where several of us spent a great deal of time. Having such great appliances (huge nice washer/dryer, great fridge, stove, convection/microwave and regular oven) made things so much easier. Also we had 4 computers and no trouble connecting to wifi. We've stayed in a lot of vacation homes, but this one was by far the nicest, most convenient, and most beautifully maintained of all of them. Season's Dreams was so kind and accommodating to us.
