Our property is a stunning 2nd floor coach home in Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club, which is ideally located just 4 miles from 5th Avenue with its wonderful shops and restaurants. We are also just 4 miles from Naples Beach and the fantastic Naples Pier where you can fish or just admire the gorgeous scenery.
The view from the private screened lanai is stunning, looking out onto a lake with a fountain and the famous Glen Eagle golf course. There is a very open feel to the lanai - perfect to relax with a drink or two, day or evening.
-The property is a spacious 1727 sq feet under air and as a former model home it is luxurious throughout, with upgraded ceramic tile floors and counter tops.
-It accommodates 6 people very comfortably.
-The home has a wonderful living area with full formal dining or an additional casual eating area next to the kitchen.
