BRAND NEW Mountain Rancher home with everything you need for a Great Pocono Vacation. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths make this a comfortable retreat for families, couples and friends.
Everyone will find something to enjoy whether it is relaxing at home or adventuring out to enjoy both Summer and Winter activities. Within walking distance (15 minute walk to the beach), there is Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Hiking, Tennis, Basketball and Game Room. With a short drive, you can reach Big Boulder & Jack Frost Ski resort, The Pocono Raceway, White-water Rafting, Mountain Biking, Paintball and Hickory State Park.
The spacious Great Room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather after long days away or lazy days of relaxing at home. This room has a beautiful Stone Fireplace with easy to use Gas Logs, a Vaulted Ceiling with windows reaching the peak and a 32' TV. There are two sets of sliders leading to a Large Deck perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Connected to the Great Room is a new new kitchen equipped with all new appliances, fully stocked drawers with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. There is an Eat At Bar leading to the dining area. The dining area has a brand new table with plenty of space and seating for 8 and french doors leading to the 4 season room. With french doors that close this room off and a couch bed, this room can be used as a private 4th bedroom.
After a long day on the slopes, or hiking through Hickory Run State park, Relax in the 6 person Hot Tub located on the Rear Deck just outside of the four season. The Hot Tub is very Private and will allow you to relax in peace.
Next to the kitchen is a mud-room with a washer and dryer. This room connects to the one car garage. In the garage, there are many activities to keep everyone occupied (foosball, tailgate toss, horse shoes, darts).

The Hot Tub was greatly appreciated by the teenage boys and adults alike. It was nice to sit and watch the fireplace. We were greeted by a friendly Buck upon arrival. Wonderful Stay! Your place was just what we needed! Every little thing that we might have needed, you folks had thought of. My son loved the hot tub, the game systems and the bunk beds. My wife and I especially liked all of the kitchen supplies, so that we were able to cook quite a bit and we also loved the hot tub. Took the kids to Camelback and spent a lot of time at the park. This was our 2nd year going back to this house. Again was not disappointed. The house is roomy and very comfortable with a homey feeling to it. Can't wait to go back next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just spent a wonderful weekend there. The home is beautiful with plenty of space. There were 4 couples and we never got in the way of each other. Looking forward to next year when we will definitely go back to this home again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.
