Tile roofs, graceful architectural detailing and brick paver drives enhance the exterior of the unit which includes a two-car garage, luxurious master suite, guest bedroom, den, and screened lanai. The Master Suite includes a new king size bed, and over sized walk-in closet. No detail was left out of the Master Bath, two sinks, tiled shower, soaking tub and private water closet. The Guest Bedroom includes a queen size bed and also has a ceiling fan. The Den includes double doors, a closet and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa and desk. The living area and over sized screened lanai back onto a tranquil lake with occasional visits from South Florida’s diverse aquatic shorebirds that pass through with the seasons. The living room includes a large overhead ceiling fan and has a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman positioned to enjoy the view outside or the flat panel TV. The Dining Room seats 6 comfortably and can be extended to host larger parties.
