This intimate 2 bedroom home is right in town but is off Main Street and quietly tucked away on the Eagle River. It faces the river, the Minturn cliffs and the famous rock formation, Lionshead. Minturn is a historic railroad/mining town nestled behind the back bowls of Vail.
The house is a vintage cottage which was under consideration by SKI Magazine for a feature layout. A short walk to restaurants, bars, convenience store and shopping, the SKI SHUTTLE BUS stop is less than 50 yards from the door.
The house, completely restored in 2005, is a cute, warm and very special spot to stay.
