This home features an open floor plan for easy entertaining with the Great Room equipped with a superb Home Theater system, an Apple I Pod docking station and 50" Samsung plasma television. The living room opens onto a beautiful swimming pool with spa that easily accommodates 8 people.
This beautiful home has 14' ceilings to add to its old world charm, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, and the dining area features seating for 8 people.
The large master suite features a king-size pillow-top bed, a 42" flat screen Samsung television, his and hers sinks and deep soaking tub. It is extremely private and offers Italian ambiance with every modern convenience.
The second bedroom offers french doors that open up to the front courtyard, a queen size pillow-top bed and a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers a flat screen television with two extra long twin beds.

Why the Owner Chose Henderson
Lake Las Vegas lets us pretend we are visiting Lake Como, Italy without actually travelling to Italy. It couldn't be lovelier. The quaint village, boating on the lake, kayaking,great restaurants, the list goes on and on. I do not know a single person who has visited and stayed at the resort that has not enjoyed it. Its elegant,stately,restful, and serene and only minutes away from all the action on the Strip.
The Unique Benefits at this Private Home
My home is a single family residence. Most rentals at Lake Las Vegas are townhomes/condos. I believe most everyone would enjoy the real comfort and benefits of staying at a private home with a private swimming pool and spa, 2 car garage,courtyard and casita!!. The northshore location in the gated community of Vila de Lago is a beautiful world of its own .

My name is Nina and I am in love with my home at Lake Las Vegas. Everyone who has has had the pleasure of staying there has really raved about the comfortable floorplan that offers individual privacy for all my guests but also a great room gathering space large enough for everyone in the party to enjoy. It is a single level home so any disabled or elderly persons do not have to worry about not getting around easily. Enough about my home, this part is supposed to be about me! My boyfriend and I fell in love with Lake Las Vegas about four years ago and decided to buy a home there to eventually retire as we frequent Las Vegas quite often. Family,friends,fun and relaxation led us there and our home acts as a hub for visitors from near and far. It is a second home and sharing it with others (at a reasonable price) seemed logical to us to offset some costs and let others enjoy it also. We decorated it with elegant yet comfortable furniture with the hope that people will feel they are living in luxury but also relaxed with a feeling of a stress free vaction. So, we welcome you to our home. Oh, I have only one request. After you have stayed here, please write a testimonial on this site so other future guests will understand how wonderful a time you had and they will kove it also. Enjoy!!
