Why? Because of View and Value. The view is better than many gulf front units. Our renters leave their deposit with us and reserve a year in advance(and receive fantastic re-rental discounts).
Also new this past year, a $2000 king-size bed in our bedroom (with a truly luxurious bed-spring and mattress combination).
