This spacious and relaxing 3rd floor condo in the Wild Pines neighborhood of Bonita Bay is a corner unit with 9ft. ceilings featuring great sunset and golf course views from the screened Lanai. The living room area opens directly onto the L-shaped corner Lanai, providing views of the golf course through the pine trees. The two bedrooms are separated by the luxury living space, and both have direct access to the Lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds and wildlife.
The elevator to this top floor condo provides easy access but maintains the privacy of a top floor corner unit. Tiled throughout, this condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer, making this an easy vacation destination. The master bedroom suite features a King size bed and a private master bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. Twin beds (which convert to a King) in the second bedroom connect to a second bathroom. A hide-a-bed is available for additional guests. This corner condo is ideal for one or two couples or a family of 4-6. The Wild Pines neighborhood has its own pool, hot tub, and tennis courts for Wild Pines residents only.
Bonita Bay is a beautifully landscaped 2,400 acre gated community. Three parks are located within Bonita Bay and are connected via 12 miles of bike and nature trails. Free canoes are available at the Spring Creek Park. A free shuttle is available Thanksgiving through April to the Bonita Bay Private Beach Park. Residents are treated to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bathrooms, and showers. Watch the dolphins and birds, collect seashells, swim in the ocean, build sand castles, walk along the shore or just read a good book. This is sure to be a memorable beach experience.
Restaurants and shopping are nearby at the Promenade shopping area just outside the front gate. Grocery shopping and other shops are just outside the main entrance to Bonita Bay. Bonita Bay is located halfway between Naples and Ft. Myers and is about 25 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport (RSW). Weekly and month rentals are available.

- Canoes are available for free at the Spring Creek Park. The Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary is a short drive from Bonita Bay, and offers a glimpse of the old Florida vegetation including huge Bald Cypress and open wetlands. The Wood Storks also nest in the area. Boats (pontoon boats and motor boats) are available nearby for rental with access to the Estero waterways and estuaries. Fish off the boats or just watch the wildlife and have lunch along the way. Rent jet skis or go para sailing at Docs on the Beach just a short walk from the private Bonita Bay Beach Park.
