  We had a wonderful week in this condo with its lovely decor and full kitchen. It was more than we could have expected, the beach chairs, cooler, and even a Bose stereo with an iPod dock. I highly recommend the condo and working with the owner was easy. We want to go back next year. Great condo.

  My husband and I decided to get away to the beach for a few days and found this condo. The pictures are beautiful, but when we got here, the pictures are NOTHING compared to the real thing! The condo is beautifully decorated, upscale kitchen, and the beds are divine. And the most impressive part is the incredible beach view. We are SO glad we chose this place.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We absolutely loved this condo and the beach at Okaloosa Island! The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen well furnished with tools, utensils, and dishes. The DVD collection, stereo, & games were enjoyed by all. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing! Really great stay and we look forward to returning. The listing description was very accurate and when we arrived, it truly did exceed our expectations. The condo was very clean, the property is beautiful and secure. Great place to escape!

  From the moment you walk in the condo it is everything expect and more, would give 6 stars if could. The condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. All of the furnishings are up to date and very well maintained. The owner's have thought of every necessity, from beach towels, first aid kit, dvds, ipod docks in every room, board games. The four beach chairs and two umbrellas where a hit with the entire family. The condo is especially nice if you have group that enjoys having full size beds in all rooms and the rooms are large enough to accomodate.This was by far the best condo we have stayed at in the Fort Walton area.

  This was the best equipped condo I've stayed in. Terri has thought of every little detail in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. When we walked into the condo with the soothing music playing and chocolate candy on the counter, I knew this was my home away from home. The condo was as exactly as pictured. She had an amazing book with all the little details regaring the condo, dining, shopping and the awesome DVD collection. Terri was amazing in keeping contact with us while Isaac was approaching, we had to cut our stay short, but hoping next year to stay here again next year.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Azure 612 was a wonderful place to call home for a week. It was well maintained, very tastefully decorated, perfectly situated for prime beach access and views, and there are so many small luxuries that the owner included in the condo that it's difficult to imagine a better place to have your family stay when visiting the Emerald Coast.

  This was a great vacation and the accomodations did not disappoint! Everything was clean, the description of the unit was "spot on" if not understated, and fit our family perfectly. The kitchen is definitely well-stocked (the Coffee Beans and welcoming note were thoughtful and a nice touch!) and the balcony overlooking the pool and gulf was spacious and welcoming. Early mornings on the balcony with coffee in hand or late at night with a nightcap were very enjoyable. All 6 of us (and the young grandson) had plenty of room on the balcony to stretch out and enjoy! We didn't make use of the extensive "Family" DVD library but did enjoy the board games, especially when Tropical Storm Deb brushed by us for a day and 1/2. The pool area was nice and clean, and the grounds staff did their best to keep things picked up. Also, it's a great benefit to have two sets of umbrellas and beach chairs provided as part of the unit costs, as renting your own from the beach service gets a little pricey. Working with the owners was great, and we received our security deposit back quickly. And finally, we won't add anything about the restaurants in the area, but if you review the big binder that the owners have provided in the unit, you will have plenty of choices and you can''t go wrong! Can't stay enough about it, other than "We hope to be back!"

  Just an excellent place to stay with all the amenities of home, but nicer. Our thanks for allowing us the use of the condo. Its location makes staying on the Island an added treat. We look forward to visiting again and enjoying the convenience and accomodations. Everything from the super bedding, linens and even beach towels, plus four beach chairs and two umbrellas sure will take the stress out of anyone staying here. Again, our thanks! (And yes Terri, the wedding went very well).

  When the owners say that they have thought of everything believe them, they have thought of everything. Not only is the unit stunning, the owners could not have been nicer to work with. They make you feel like guests and friends, not as a customer. The view is spectatular, the furniture and decor are warm and inviting. It is like you are going to your own home. You walk in the door of the condo and the first thing you see is a book showing you everything that the condo has, along with suggestions of things to do and restaurants to go to. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need except the food. When you are ready for the beach they have already set you up with 4 beach chairs, just fill the little cooler in the pantry with ice and drinks and you are set for the day. We have 2 teenagers and they loved the place. There are many things to keep you occupied if you want. There are over 90 different DVD's available for you to use. My daughter loved the idea of grabbing a different movie to watch every night. Feel confident renting from these 2 wonderful owners. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend this place to everyone.

  Unfortunatly it is our last day, we will be back. After years at the beach with family or just the two of us. We have found the best of the best. From the moment we opened the door to the sounds of soft jazz, so many little extras. Our stay was perfect. Visits from our daughter, many fine restaurants. Our daughter works at Tuscany Grill. One of our favorites. Our friend Jim owns Stinky's Fish Camp. There was a very nice article about it in the June 2011 issue of Southern Living. A bit far to go in season. You can not go wrong with this condo. It has spoiled us for any other.
