Watch the dolphins and rays from our balcony, where you will enjoy a direct view of the crystal blue gulf from our bar-height table and chairs, or curl up with a book on one of the corner lounge chairs and listen to the waves.
On a rainy afternoon, or while relaxing in the evening, watch a movie from one of four wall-mounted flat screen tvs. The living room tv is a huge 46”, and in the master is a 40”. We have more than ninety new and classic DVD titles for your enjoyment. We also have several like-new board games and puzzles.
When you get ready to head to the beach, we have quite a treat for you! Included in our price is daily beach service: 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas! (We believe we are the only Azure condo unit that includes 2 beach sets.)
We even provide you with fresh coffee beans and a grinder for a perfect start to every morning!

Why the Owner Chose Azure
We bought our Azure condo for our 30th wedding anniversary. We toured several beautiful beach condos in the Destin and Fort Walton Beach area, and settled on this brand new property because we fell in love with its beauty and its wonderful location. We are close enough to Destin for dining and shopping there, but Okaloosa offers everything you need if you don't want to fight the summer traffic. We have great places to eat, the fishing pier, convenient shopping, jet ski and pontoon rentals close by. We are within walking distance to the Gulfarium, a great place to see dolphin, sea lions, and other sea creatures up close.
We had great fun working with a local decorator to coordinate furniture, decor, custom window treatments and bedding, and paint. I spent a couple of days creating the floral arrangements, which was a lot of fun. The upcoming summer will be our fourth rental season, and we have had nothing but positive comments from our guests.
This fall (2011), we are painting walls and trim, re-doing floral arrangements, and a few more updates to keep everything fresh and wonderful! So we hope you'll come check us out in 2012!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love eating at Old Bay Steamer just across the street, and High Tide has the best steamed oysters and seafood gumbo. We have walked down the beach to eat at Floyd's Shrimp House next to the pier, and we have ordered Italian fare from Pranzo's close by.
Terri and Shelley (our daughter) finally made it to the Gulfarium, which is just down the beach. We had a great afternoon of watching the dolphins, seals, and sea lions. We took some great photos. I would recommend it for a nice relaxing outing. There isn't much offered in the way of food, but you can have your hand stamped, walk next door to eat, and go back in.
For our guests, we include two beach set-ups, which is four chairs and two umbrellas provided daily from March 1 to October 31 every year. We also include free local and domestic long distance land phone, free WIFI and wired internet, Bose stereo system with IPod dock in the living/dining area, beautiful decor, great bedding, roomy balcony with plenty of room for dining and lounging.

Unfortunatly it is our last day, we will be back. After years at the beach with family or just the two of us. We have found the best of the best. From the moment we opened the door to the sounds of soft jazz, so many little extras. Our stay was perfect. Visits from our daughter, many fine restaurants. Our daughter works at Tuscany Grill. One of our favorites. Our friend Jim owns Stinky's Fish Camp. There was a very nice article about it in the June 2011 issue of Southern Living. A bit far to go in season. You can not go wrong with this condo. It has spoiled us for any other.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed your condo. Thank you for putting so much thought into the small details, it really paid off. Loved the information booklet you put together, it was very helpful! Azure condos was close enough to plenty of activities and restaraunts but the beach and pools were not crowded! Wish we could have stayed longer! Hopefully we can come back next year!

Our family had a wonderful time and would come back and plan to again next year. The condo is perfect and better then we could of imagined. The location is ideal. The veiw from the condo is breathtaking. Of all the places we have stayed, (a family of 5) this was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable trip we have had together. Perfect for vacation for all!!!

This condo is absolutely wonderful. Everything is "state-of-the-art" right down to the flat screen tvs in all bedrooms. It is great to drink coffee on the gorgeous balcony overlooking a turquoise blue ocean. The condo complex is so nice with 2 huge pools, and a great work out facility. You won't be disappointed.

Having some down time is very hard to come by in these busy times that we live. I am very selective about where I choose to spend the little time I have. I could not have made a better choice than staying at this condo. So elegantly furnished and the view was fantastic. The kitchen was equipped with all neccessities plus unexpected extras. Just a wonderful place to spend and enjoyable time!!

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever seen. The interior decor is beautiful as well as the fantastic view. When you walk in , there is nothing you need but your food and clothing, and I mean nothing. There are two pools and two hot tubs. Sit on the patio and watch the dolphins swim by.This is a must visit for a condo on the beach. You will not ever find a more beautiful beach.

This wonderful condo unit is complete with everything you need. All utensils, linens, dishware, etc. are provided. The balcony is quite spacious with seating for 8 and a bar-height dining table, so you can enjoy a meal or snack while taking in an unobstructed view of the crystal blue ocean and sugar-white beach. The high-quality and luxurious furnishings of our condo make it rival the finest five-star hotel.
