Excellent location, a little worn down but clean inside at a fairly good price. Good recommendations for bus service and restaurants, nice TV's on each floor. The hot tub is serviced every two weeks on a Friday so if you are there at the wrong time and enjoy a hot tub with friends after skiing, it becomes somewhat disgusting. The upstairs is very cold apparently the heat ducts do not work to that part of the house? The whole heating system went out on a cold winter afternoon and after several calls explaining the urgency of the situation, we were starting to get quite cold. About 5 hours later the repair was complete with no additional problems. Go to the "Lift House" ski shop for great discounts on lift tickets to all local areas!

This is the second time we've rented this house for our ski trip that also includes the Sundance Film Festival. It's just the perfect location for heading up to Park City for movies and parties as well as being able to do some real skiing at places like Alta, Snowbird, or solitude. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hot tub is wonderful. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Be sure to check out the Market Street Grill, Trio, and more importantly the Cotton Bottom (best burger in the valley).

Overall, our experience was really superb. Great people to deal with from all aspects, great location (close to slopes, ski shops with good lift ticket discounts, highways and restaurants in a nice complex), nice house with pleasant amenities and a layout conducive to both community and privacy. The whole process was really enjoyable and easy and it all worked out great.

Snowing as we landed in SLC. Perfect snowboard/ski conditions. Home had plenty of room for everyone (all 8 of us!). Warm, welcoming fireplace. Steaming hot jacuzzi. Walked to snow bus for Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, and Alta. Close to downtown for New Year's Eve. Close to great restaurants. Puzzles, games, and movies galore. Drive to Park City for the Canyons and snowmobiling. The BEST vacation ever!

The house was great! The bedroom set-up was significantly better than most ski houses, e.g. no bunk beds or pull-outs counted. We had two couples and two singles and for once, no one got the shaft. Although the units are tightly packed in townhouses, the outdoor hot tub felt very private. The location was great for easy access to grocery store, restaurants, and both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Would absolutely return!

The house was exactly as described and the owner was pleasant to deal with. He sent a very useful file with driving directions, bus system info, and everything we needed to know about the property as well as a very useful list of recommended restaurants. The location was perfect for skiing and I will definitely check the availability of this unit for our next trip to Salt Lake.

This condo worked great for a guys ski trip. There were 4 of us and we each had our own bedroom. We used the full kitchen each morning for breakfast, cooked dinner the first night and ate out the rest of the time. The appliances worked fine. The grill was out of propane so I called Steve. He responded quickly and offered to reimburse me for exchanging the tank. The hot tub worked great. The garage was handy although I did have to pull the minivan in at an angle to get it to fit. The condo is very conveniently located right on the road to Alta and Snowbird. Bighton and Solitude are just a little further away and even Park City is less than an hour drive. We skied Alta, Deer Valley and Solitude. We had some nice dinners out at several very close restaurants including Tuscany, Market Street Grill and Tasty China. Overall, the condo worked out well and we will definitely consider renting it again next year.

The house was very nice and in a great location right between the Cottonwood Canyons. It was very easy to walk to the bus stop in ski boots, and we took the bus to Solitude/Brighton and Alta most days. Our only complaint was that we couldn't seem to get 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms warm, but that was only a problem when getting out of bed in the morning.

We had a fabulous time on vacation. First of all we had fantastic snow! We skied at Alta and Snowbird. We had a snowboarder with us so it was nice that they were so close together. As a family we really enjoyed the atmosphere at Alta. Four of our kids spent the first day in ski school which they really enjoyed and learned a lot from. We thought the condo was great. The two tv rooms made it possible for the kids to watch a movie downstairs while the adults still had quiet time to chat upstairs. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The furniture (including beds) was very comfortable. The condo is in a very convenient location. We really appreciated the book containing the directions, instructions, etc. The 2-car garage was extremely convenient. The on-site manager was great - she came by to take out the garbage and we told her that the garage door opener was not working. It was fixed by the time we came home from the slopes that day. We would definitly consider renting from you in the future. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The condo and the skiing were great. We have been doing this winter ski week for several years and this definitely was one of the best all around experiences. Great job on setting things up and the condo had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I hope that I can get the same group together for next season, I will keep you posted. Thanks Again!

I've been renting through Cyberrentals for five years now and I must say this renting experience has been the most convenient and pleasant of them all. We were very pleased with the condo and the associated cost. We thought the location between the canyons was perfect as well as the close proximity of restaurants and bars. The hot tub size is perfect and was a life saver after the long days on the slopes. The living room was very comfortable. It was great having a home theater system and wireless internet access. The advance purchase tickets were very convenient as well. When we return to Utah, I'll be sure to keep your place in mind.

We had a terrific time skiing and your place was our home away from home. We really enjoyed your restaurant recommendations and we wish Wasatch Pizza delivered to Atlanta. We'll be back again next time our group visits Salt Lake!

We had a great time. Great location, well maintained, ‘preciate the details, like extra keys and garage door openers, instructions binder with local extras, lots of towels, good shower heads, Kleenex, extra TP, lots of dishes, soaps, cleaning supplies, etc. Hot tub worked great. Awesome entertainment system, it brought a concert DVD to life! All in all, I would enthusiastically recommend your place to others.

Our family get-together was a large success. Your home was a perfect fit. No one felt cramped and we found the kitchen very well equipped and easily found needed cookware, utensils, and dishes. The info book was very helpful. We had plenty of snow and we skied at Snowbird, Canyons, Solitude, and Brighton. The last day we skied Brighton on 12 inches of new snow, it was a great way to end the week. Thanks again for the use of your house.
