Stroll down the Board Walk or Main Street to the many shops and restaurants just steps from your door. Enjoy the sights from atop the 112-foot Ferris wheel; cool off with an ice cream cone from one of the many eateries along Main Street or if you prefer, take in a movie at the Rave’s 15 screen state-of-the-art movie theater.
Float down the magnificent meandering lazy river at the Oasis; settle in with a great book and a refreshing drink on a lounge chair; take a siesta in one of the many hammocks resting along the lazy river’s shady shores or unwind in a hot tub. For the children or young at heart, there is a zero entry sand beach wave pool, water slide and kiddy pool. Pool side refreshments are also available.
After a great afternoon of pleasure, come home to our beautifully furnished, centrally located condominium overlooking the magnificent views of the intercostal waterway and marina. Our condominium offers the perfect place to relax and be pampered.
Walk out to your private expansive balcony from your living room or master bedroom and relish in the majestic views of the water. Sit and watch the boats go by; take in the magnificent sunset, or barbecue on the gas grill. If you prefer, curl up and watch a movie in the living room on the flat screen TV or hook up your laptop to our high speed Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with designer appliances, granite countertops, wine cooler, and more.
At the end of the day, pamper yourself in the luxurious Master Whirlpool Bath or energize yourself for a night out on Main Street in the over-sized travertine marble shower. When you are ready to turn in, pamper yourself with the spa quality bedding in either the master or guest suites. All bedrooms have a flat panel TV and DVD player and offer ample closet and drawer space for all your things.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, a stand alone ice maker and wine cooler. Our balcony is over-sized and overlooks the middle of the marina on the Intracoastal Waterway. This offers a fabulous sunset while grilling your favorite fresh catch of the day. Fishing and boating are available on site with classes available for the adventurous fly-fisherman.
If boating or fishing is your preference, visit the Armada Club’s outfitters center and clubhouse. Complimentary pre-concert buffets, and various social activities are available at the beautiful plantation-style Outfitters Club. Find everything you need for boating, guided fishing trips, fishing classes, or bicycle rentals. If you want to bring your own boat, boat docks are available.
Championship 18 hole golf courses are nearby as well as The Wharf's private Championship Golf Course. Exclusive access to the Wharf’s private beach will be available in the spring of 2008!
The Live Outdoor Amphitheater brings top national acts and legendary bands such as Willie Nelson, Hank Williams and many others. Please inquire about seasonal events. Our fully-furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium in Levin's Bend is on the 9th floor and overlooks the beautiful downtown boardwalk. This area has trendy shopping, terrific dining including fine restaurants as well as fast foods, and amusements including the southeast's tallest ferris wheel and the rave theater.
