Sunrise Village is located at 1159 West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Come and enjoy our beautifully remodeled, 2 bedroom condo that boasts brand upscale furnishings. You will have the feeling of a cozy beach cottage with a wonderful well appointed space for you and your family. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the great views from the kitchen and master bedroom. You will not believe how close you are to the beach, just 20 steps from the front door. This condo is located on the less crowded west end of the beach, and perfect for families, or those wanting a little peace and quiet. You are so close to the beach, you can run back up to the condo, get a bite for lunch, or refresh your drink without having to wait in line for an elevator or crossing through pool areas and lobbies. (Very convenient for little one’s)
The location in perfect! There is a convenience store, Ice cream parlor and fresh seafood market located just across the street, and restaurants within walking distance. You don’t want to miss the outlet mall in nearby in Foley, along with the famous “Lambert’s Café-home of throwed rolls.” After all that shopping, you can relax and catch a movie at the nearby Cobb Pinnacle movie theatre. Also, don’t forget about the many golf courses located in the area. There is literally something for everyone’s taste, from museums, to amusement parks, miniature golf, zoo/wildlife park, deep sea fishing, parasailing, the list goes on and on.
In the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, there is a queen size bed and a flat screen television. The living room has a sofa sleeper, 2 chairs and a 32” flat screen television with DVD.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is a new outdoor pool, showers and grilling area located on site. (Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.)

My husband and I also own the Barge-N Chevron, a local favorite. If you are craving fried chicken, please try ours! We have been voted by "People's Choice Award" the best fried chicken on the island and the best convenient store on the island. COME SEE US!!!
