Grand Slam is a beautiful and lovely decorate home! Our home is a well-maintained custom private residence. We have added Y-Amendity membership to our home. This amendity includes: Skate Park, Racquetball Court, Groupd Exercise Classes, Indoor Pool/Hot-Tub/Sauna as well as child Care. Our home has a large outdoor pool, party room, with two bars, pool table. We also have a canoe at the sound access for our renters use. Free long distance phone ultra high speed internet.
Our home is located in the Village of Nags Head in the Masters section on the sound where we sit catty corner to the sound and next to the golf course.
Our home is over 3000 Square Feet of heated space with 1800 Square Feet of Decks. We have a large Hot Tub and Full-size YEAR ROUND (not heated) salt water private pool with lounge chairs and dinning table. This is the perfect home for your vacation dreams. From all bedrooms you have walk out decks with hammocks as well as seating. The master bedroom officers a private Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is custom and fully stocked gourmet. If we are missing something please purchase and we will be happy to pay for the cost.
From our home you can walk to over three restaurants and a large grocery stores and other neat local stores as well as two sound access areas with decks! One of the areas is where the canoe is loacated.
Ground Level Features: Large Den with two custom bars, pool table, half bath, Stereo, large screen TV and walk out to pool and hot tub. As well as a Charcoal Grill and an outdoor shower and changing room.
Mid Level Features: Large Laundry Room including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Three large full size bedrooms (one king, one queens and two twin beds) with two full baths, plenty of closet space and private TV in each room. One of the bedrooms (with twin beds) has office area with computer and high speed internet.
Third Level Features: Master bedroom with king-size bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, shower and TV; Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area with seating for 12; living area with large screen TV; and decks for all.
Pictures will tell the story of our home! The Village of Nags Head provides a free shuttle bus to and from the beach from the last week in May until the first week in September. Just call and they will show up in minutes.
Making your reservation is as easy as 1, 2, 3. One—Review our web site and pick your week. Fill out the request for information on the VRBO site. Two—Mail us a $300 refundable deposit to reserve your reservation we will send you a contract via the internet. Three—Mail the balance and contract 30 days before arrival. Turn over day is Saturday and check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. Our cleaning staff is very busy so we ask that you check out and in on time. The price quote is cash or check.

Great place to stay! Everything was perfect. Wonderful home. Hopefully we will be back in the fall. Our only complaint was the weather was unseasonably cold, but the pool table was a great way to spend time indoors. We found the property beautiful, and well cared for. Thought the Sound Front a little misleading was a house back but all in all very enjoyable!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I called Lisa on Friday, December 30th at 2:30pm and by 3:30pm we had booked our New Year's Eve weekend in the Outer Banks! I am not a last minute planner but was asked by another couple to deliver a great weekend of fun. I was up for the challenge! I can't thank Lisa enough for allowing us to book her OUTSTANDING home. The house is in a fabulous location, roomy and the way it is decorated... well... you will just have to rent it yourself to see! I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa's home to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. Lovely home, well maintained and CLEAN. This is not your typical rental. This home has everything that you could need and Lisa is great to work with. Close to sound and convient to shopping, dining etc.. We had our trip delayed due to hurricane Irene and were very surprised to find this lovely home. We were worried about our reservations at Rodanthe (highway 12 closed) Lisa helped us with our insurance, opened her beautiful home to us for a WONDERFUL VACATION. This house has it all. The listing is definetely accurate. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. Irene tried to wreak havoc on our vaca, and we did miss 2 days, but had thee MOST wonderful time while we were there. The gorgeous home is decorated in such a warm and welcoming way. My 2 teenagers absolutely loved shooting pool, swimming the refreshing salt water pool, as well as the fantastic hammocks and plentiful decks. I loved the layout of the house. My boyfriend proposed to me in front of the unique wooden bar downstairs. (I will never forget where i was @ that point). It was so magical! The location of the house is excellent. We walked to Food Lion as well as Outback for a delish meal. The beach is a hop, skip, and a jump~ as was so relaxing. We were amazed at how many light switches were on one floor alone. My fiancee actually counted them all- on one floor. We did the Kitty Hawk Kites (hang gliding off the dunes). WAY COOL EXPERIENCE. We were told about Nags Head Fishing Pier, for a low priced delish meal, with an excellent view from the deck - beachfront. I have recommended this house already to family and friends. Truly amazing! It was so worth the year wait!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Second time we have stayed at this house and we just love it. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and our kids love the pool and hot tub. There are so many nicely thought out touches like the hammocks and porch swing, deck seating on all decks, and awesome lounge chairs. The location is perfect since we spend a lot of time at the Hatteras Seashore. It is also so close to Jockey's Ridge and great restaurants. If we weren't going with twice as many people next year, we would rent this house again. This house has set the standard and it is hard to find anything else we like now!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a GREAT vacation! We love your house the decor and furnishings were very warm and cozy. The master bedroom was VERY comfortable. The pool area is awesome and we especially liked the lounge chairs. It is a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walking and riding our bikes daily.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. It is in a perfect location, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated and the beach is so close. We absolutely loved it!!! This was our first visit to the OBX and it was our favorite vacation by far. We stayed for two weeks, May 22-June 5, 2010. We had an awesome time, and also had a chance to meet Lisa who was very nice! The pool and hot tub where awesome! I'm very glad it warmed up enough for us to swim! The master bedroom bed was SUPER comfortable! (We wanted to put it in our truck and bring it home with us!!) We had a GREAT 2 weeks with two kids ages 2 and 4! I hope that we get the chance to stay again. I loved the area. It was nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Also, you don't even have to go on the main road with all of the traffic to go grocery shopping! We couldn't have asked for a better, more comfortable/cozy place to stay! My kids ask to go back to the "Bacation House" everyday! Thanks again Lisa and Mike!
