The first level has a separate living space with seating area and TV, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. This level will sleep 8 and has a large covered porch with Gulf view.

The second level is the main gathering place with fireplace, dining area with large table seating, bar seating and fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a side-by-side refrigerator with door dispensers, double sink, dishwasher, smooth-top range, microwave, wall oven and ice maker. There are two bedrooms & 2 baths on this level that sleep 4.

The master bedroom is Gulf front on the third level with sitting area, private balcony, huge bath with jetted tub, separate shower, walk-in closet and two vanities. There are 3 other bedrooms and 2 other baths plus a laundry room making the total of 9 sleeping on this level.
