Photo 1 - Beaver Village Condo Rental SLEEPS A TOTAL OF 8 comfortably. Pack light, almost everything is supplied except your clothing and food! Come and relax or come and fill every minute with something. You can relax on the porch, the patio or inside by a cozy fire reading or visiting. Wear the kids out in the clubhouse at the swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna or warm up in the hot tubs after a day of skiing, snowboarding or mountain biking from the hundreds of miles of Winter Park trails. Beaver Village is nestled privately in the woods. It has a very secluded feeling from the hustle and bustle. You can hear the wind blow softly through the pines and see chipmunks and grey squirrels scamper in the trees. On some nights, if you're especially quiet, you may meet our resident fox as he tiptoes through the forest. You can walk a small distance through the trees on a moonless night and see the bands of the Milky Way and a starry sky filled with all of the constellations you've only heard of. Beaver Village is a family-friendly property, but PETS ARE NOT WELCOME. In the winter the kids can take advantage of the unofficial sledding runs between the buildings, or they can ride their mountain bikes on the trails immediately behind our building. The ski area offers ski school in the winter and mini golf, climbing walls and alpine slides in the summer for the young ones. You can stay-at-home and cook full meals or take advantage of the numerous restaurants and shopping in Winter Park, close enough to walk OR you can utilize the free bus/shuttle. The ski shuttle will pick you up at your front door. It will also take you to town. The large grocery store in Fraser is a 10-minute scenic drive. Ski, snowboard, snowshoe, and mountain bike rentals are nearby at Beaver Village Lodge or in Winter Park. There is a TV/VCR in both bedrooms and one in the main living area. Board games are provided for those nights when you want to stay in. Sit at the large dining room table with a big bowl of popcorn and get to know each other again. You will love our mountain condo and we know you'll want to come back year after year. Yes, the best kept secret is out.
