This beachouse is right across the street from beach access. It has a perfect family room, kitchen, dining area and large deck. The owner is helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Vista Del Oceano while in town from Florida for a Family birthday party in Pismo. The house is located a few steps from a beautiful beach and is well appointed. A great view of the water from the deck and kitchen We had 4 adults and had more than adequate space. Great place for a family in a nice quiet neighborhood. Will definately use again if in the area and highly recommend. Owners were very easy to work with. J&K From FL.

We stayed for a weekend in this well maintained beach house. All amenities are in excellent conditions, and very easy access to all the locations around.

I came with a group of friends to celebrate Labor day and my birthday and had an amazing time. The house is in wonderful condition and stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and is so close to the beach. Booking the property went extremely smoothly and I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking to take a vacation in Pismo.

HOUSE: Beautiful A+ vacation home with all ammenities,and nice views of the evening sunset. VERY clean, great style, very quiet. BEACH: This is not the beach for people with young children (ours age 6). This is a beautiful beach but with through traffic all day long on the beach. Yes, people in RVs, regular cars, and ATVs drive on the beach... sometimes on the organized path, sometimes wherever they want. We had no idea. If you're into the ATV/dune-buggy thing, this must be the greatest beach ever!!! The rest of us may need to go somewhere else.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

The best part of the 310 York property is how well it's taken care of. The home is clean, extremely well appointed, and a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It's across the street from the beach with extremely convenient beach access. There is some beach viewing, but most of the view is blocked by the houses actually on the beach. We've rented homes before, but never have we found one that was in this good a shape, with multiple little details that say the owner cares and is willing to take the extra effort and expense to do things well. Our overall experience was excellent! I'd definitiely recommend it to others, or consider returning myself.

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your well maintained & comfortable house during the 1st week of July. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us! It is as close to beach front as possible and the description & photos are very accurate. We saw whales from the kitchen window! We had terrific weather and enjoyed the beach and horseback riding! Owner is very pleasant to work with and very responsive to questions & comments before & after our stay. Thanks again & we would love to stay there again sometime!!

My wife and I just completed a two month stay at Vista Del Oceano - the entire time was incredibly relaxing, enjoyable, and a perfect place to stay at the beach. The description of the property, the photos, and the amenities are completely accurate as presented. The house is very clean and well maintained. It's simply a walk across the street to the beach, with early morning or evening walks on the beach a very enjoyable experience. Marian (the owner) and her local property management staff were outstanding, with any question or concern immediately and quickly addressed to our total satisfaction. Living here for two months allowed us the opportunity to become very familiar with the house and surrounding area, living in it as if it were our own; this truly is a wonderful house and a very relaxing place to stay. The property at 310 York St has my highest recommendation for both friends and family.

Listing description was very accurate, pictures were updated as seen on the website. Property was extremely clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. Marian was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Our stay was for only 3 nights, and the neighborhood somewhat vacant(low season) but overall we had a very nice, relaxing, celebration. You won't be disappointed. Did I mention....great Wine tasting!

There were 5 adults and 4 children and we descended on this property - right across from the beach! This was a weekend that the 4-wheelers , ATV's and Dunebuggies rode openly and with great abandon on the beach! We spent a day joining them - and then had a bonfire on the beach at night and watched as all the vehicles paraded upon and down the beach. The house was perfect - Grandma and Grandpa upstairs and the kids and grandkids downstairs. All lovely amenities - they thought of evening! We definitely will return. Great Mexican restaurant on the corner - Old Juan's Cantina

This place was amazing. It was clean, close to the ocean and had everything you would need on vacation. It sleeps numerous people comfortably. It had things I have never seen in a rental such as : laundry detergent, beach toys, beach chairs etc. Just bring your clothes. I would recommend this property to anyone wanted to stay in that area. I want to thank the owner for letting us stay there August 24-28.

This house far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for a large family or even two families. It is perfectly located with easy acess to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of plates and utensils for our use. The beds were very comfortable. We have already discussed our desire to return to this house again in the near future. Thank you so very much!!!

My family had a real good time at Vista del Oceano beach house. It's a beautifully furnished home with everything we need. The beach is just across the street. We just walk, run or bike on the beach. Oceano is a small town and one can walk or bike around the area and admire its rural setting. Still shopping, food and entertainment are close enough for a short drive or one can bike to nearby Pismo Beach for some clam chowder. It is the best place to have some R&R and have real quality time with family

We stayed in this property over a long weekend. What a gem! We were very impressed with the up keep of the property. The kitchen equipement and utensils were up to date and nice, especially for a family who enjoys cooking and eating together. Throughout the whole process, the owner was very helpful and honest. I would highly recommned staying at this property.

We enjoyed the house, (home) beautiful weather, wines of area, Hearst Castle, sea lions, eating out, World of Pinot Noir. House perfect for any size group.

12/11/10 - 1/11/11 Wonderful house, beautifully furnished and accommodated. Convenient to every thing. Wonderful services from Dennise! Recommended the hour to friends coming in March 2011 from Yew York and Louisiana. We did beach walks and thoroughly enjoyed the home with our family and friends from France, England, Louisiana. We enjoyed Old Juans, Modonna Inn too but most of the time we cooked in the wonderful kitchen. Thank you Marian and Dennise!

July 3-8, 2010 This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced! Ocean air, cool breezes... so welcoming and huge change from hot Sacramento & Arizona! The weather was beautiful for the most part, typical foggy a.m.'s-gorgeous, clear skies and sunsets. It was running on the beach weather! The home was awesome and very comfortable... loved the lay-out and amenities. Perfect for our family get-together. 4th of July fireworks were clear as a bell! We did some wine-tasting, fishing from the Pismo Pier, kids played games on the sandy beach, we did sand dollar hunting, had pizza at Gino's and I even got a Yang-Sheng foot massage.

Oceano is awesome, the beach house was beautiful, and Marian made it all work out seamlessly~ the house easily accommodated 12 adult men with places for all of us to sleep. There was a pull out from just about every furniture! We picked Oceano for the ATVing on the dunes and we had a blast. It's definitely an experience of a life time. Pismo is more of a beach town, but it's only a 5min drive away. My party really wanted to watch the PPV boxing match and the house didn't have it set up yet. However, because the local bars were not showing the fight, Marian made it happen. The owner really cares about you, and she stayed in contact with me before, during and after the trip. I totally felt like we were working together to show everyone a great time. I will most certainly stay here again when in the area~ THANKS MARIAN!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Hopefully you found all as expected. Upon leaving, our friend opened the entry closet, and we discovered a whole tub of videos! Also, I believe you have inherited a steamer type basket for vegies (minus one leaf). My son and daughter-in-law cleaned up and put it back in a cupboard. And yes, the house warmed up nicely. Our stay at Vista Del Oceano could have not gone any better. The location of the home was within walking distance to the dunes. The home was extremely clean and stocked with everything one could need while on vacation. This was the 1st time we've stayed there, but it will definitely not be the last.

We had such a good time in your beautiful home. Even with cold weather, strong winds and overcast skies, we had a great time. Your home is beautiful and wonderful and we fit just fine...there were even enough beds that not all of the kids had to sleep on the floor! We didn't really spend a lot of time indoors. On Friday night we were out on the patio around the fire pit while the kids roasted marshmallows for s'mores. On Saturday we had breakfast and then were gone to the reunion until about 9:00 pm. On Sunday we packed up and left about 11:00. We really wished we had been able to stay longer! I realize that we were a big group, (18 including kids and infants) but we wanted to stay together, and I very much appreciate your willingness to let us do that. We appreciated all the supplies...soap, shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags, sheets, towels, blankets etc...there was plenty of everything - thank you very much. We were also delighted with the great high chairs and the crib. The only thing missing was a dust mop for the hardwood floors. We come to Pismo every third year for the family reunion and we may not come again before that. However, I will certainly contact you the next time we visit in that area and recommend you to any others I know of who need accommodations. You have been very nice to work with, and again, I surely appreciate you letting us house our whole group there. Thank you for sending the refund check so promptly. I appreciate that very much and look forward to working with you at a future date. Thanks for everything.

We stayed here for the month of February! The weather was sunny, periods of heavy rain, overcast then more sun. We enjoyed walking beaches, elephant seals, wineries, shopping areas and having Santa Barbara and Solvang close by. There are great restaurants in A.G., Pismo Beach and surrounding areas. Dunes are fun.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren! What a great house, great location and very family oriented. We are a cooking family and the kitchen was very well supplied! Thank you for sharing and we will be back!

Weather was overcast, cool and breezy but we still had lots of fun. ATVs! We had so much fun on the beach... camp fire by the beach, smores and good friends. We didn't eat out, just cooked everything right here... so good! We loved the place! It was very comfortable, clean and pleasant place to stay. We appreciated the nice kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. Bathrooms are nice and big, very user friendly place for a large group. Thanks so much.

It was wonderful, warm, sunny and perfect paradise weather! We enjoyed getting shaved ice at the corner store, putting our feet up on the balcony and talking about life. We had a bonfire on the beach, watched the sunset in front of us, while trucks drove on the beach behind us. We loved waking up in this beautiful home!! There is a candy store at the corner of Strand. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us! We were able to connect with each other so much this weekend, it was truly a blessing! Even though it was cold and windy in the morning, we got some sunny days in the afternoon. We enjoyed the bonfire on the beach making smores and singing away until close. There is a wonderful restaurant we found... Thai Talay. We love your home. Thank you for being thoughtful and accomodating needs for such a large group, sleeping bags, sofa beds, extra bedding and little things that come in handy for a group. Lovely home, di I say that yet?

The weather was beautiful! Sunny with a cool ocean breeze. Our favorite adventure was going to the Dunes. There is lots of fun out there! The pier is nice and so are the shops and food in the area. Old Juans Mexican restaurant was packed the whole time we were here. It is walking distance from Vista Del Oceano... just at the signal on highway 1. Great location! Thanks for sharing your home.

We chose the name Vista Del Oceano for the beautiful views this place has. The house is literally across the street from the sand. My kids enjoy playing in the sand and I can see them from various places in the house. They play literally 15 feet from the driveway at the beach access. It is great!
