The Villas at Walton Creek are located in the mountain village at the base of the ski area in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This ground floor unit at the rear of the complex offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a one car heated garage. This unit is as close as you can get in the Villas at Walton Creek to the free city bus. The Walton Creek bus stop is located a short walk from the front door. This bus stop is at the rear of the complex and is always less crowded and much closer than the Shadow Run stop the most other Villa residents normally use. The free bus takes guests to the ski area base or into town to enjoy movies, unique shops, and dining and leaves every 20 minutes
This beautifully furnished, ski area condominium features an open great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas for family meals, entertaining, or just relaxing around the fireplace. You will not find any sagging mattresses or rickety old furniture in this unit! The living room and master bedroom both feature sliding glass doors and private patios. The unit is located in rear of the complex making it one of the quietest and best located units in the entire complex.
Above the gas fireplace in the spacious living area there is a 27” TV along with DVD, VHS, and 5-Disk CD player. There is also a stereo receiver to power the system and to provide 3-channel surround sound. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with down comforters and pillows. You’ll find the mattresses are nearly new and that the linens are not the typical low thread count that you see in most rentals. The master bedroom features a private bathroom, TV, DVD, and VHS player. The fully-stocked kitchen has all the appliances, dishes and utensils needed to prepare nearly any meal – right down to an espresso machine. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The complex spa is shared and located a short distance from the garage door.

It was our personal home away from home until we were fortunate enough to move to Steamboat Springs full time. As local owners, we are available should any need arise during your stay.
You will come for the winter, but you will want to stay for the summer! Here you will find world-class skiing, boarding, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter, as well as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, golf, and tubing down the Yampa River in the summer.
Steamboat Springs has all the amenities expected in great Colorado resort towns, but it uniquely retains the feel of a smaller western Colorado ranching community. Please check our availability calendar for dates.
This is a non-smoking condominium. Pets are not allowed. Please note that only two queen beds are provided making this the perfect getaway place for singles, two couples, or a small family. |
