You'll also get to enjoy full use of the backyard. It is beautifully landscaped with a water pond and wrap-around deck. Gas- and charcoal- grills are available for use. Located on the 12th green of one of the area's best golf courses, the apartment and yard are serene. Fully fenced, it is also ideal for travelers with pets and/or small children. (Pets must be pre-approved by owner, however.) Check in at 2:30 p.m. Check-out at 11:00 a.m. unless special arrangements are made. Subject to additional holiday night charge plus tax if actual check-out if excessively past checkout time (without prior arrangements)

Why the Owner Chose Saugatuck
After adding the 2,600 ft addition, and the kids left home, I opted to covert 900-1,000 sq ft of space to rental apartment allowing a pet friendly (subject to approval, of course)property to the mix. Area has few properties which allow this, and goal was to offer this to tenants who want to enjoy their vacation with their four legged family members.
