Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo with the biking/running path and the seawall the only things between you and the sand. This area is away from the maddening crowds, yet only 25 minutes to Ipanema along the coast highway. The locals are super friendly, and enjoy laid back beach style living. There is great surfing right in front with a big slopey outside sand bottom break. There are other great spots nearby with different types of waves. The beach has amazing views with mountains and multiple islands all around. Supermarket and mall shopping are all nearby.
The unit itself is a 4 story condo in a walled 20 unit complex. There is a pool and outside shower in the common area. There is also an area with brick charcoal fireplaces for large outdoor BBQ parties. The master bedroom suite and veranda view the mountains on the top floor. 2 bedrooms one with a terrace, and a bath are on the 3rd fl. Full kitchen, dining area and living room with stereo and cable TV are on 2nd fl. Garage, wash room and full bath are on ground floor. The gate to the driveway is remote controlled for easy access in and out. There is also a covered area over part of the driveway which is great for BBQ cookouts, or just to bring the car in.
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged as can maid service. |
