This large, immaculate townhome offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a great room w/sofa sleeper and gas log fire place. There are two decks and a heated attached garage. There are 4 TVs, including a 42” flat panel in the great room. DVDs are included, plus movies for the kids. Warm in-floor radiant heat provides unmatched comfort and you'll also enjoy the jetted tub in the master bath. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your own meals or eat in town with many restaurants only minutes away. Eating space for up to 10 people will accommodate the entire family.
We also feature a clubhouse with indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs.
We have activities for everyone. In addition to downhill skiing, you'll find snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and ice skating minutes from your door. Summer adds national forest hiking, biking, boating and major league fishing on Lake Dillon and the Blue River. In addition you'll find a world class recreation center in Silverthorne, offering indoor pools, slides, exercise equipment and gym. A sledding hill for the kids is nearby.

A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within (5) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure.
