My daughters and I spent our first Palm Springs Christmas here. We have previously spent Easters at other Palm Springs locations. This was the BEST!! Although the location states Palm Springs we found it to be closer to Cathedral City, which actually has more shopping options. The condo had everything we wanted: well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, sufficient linens in a clean, attractive, quiet unit. The owner obviously put much thought into guests' needs. The best part was the view from the balcony overlooking the pool/hot tub and mountains. The unit receives maximum sunlight- most desirable for a Chicagoan in winter. However, there is a balcony sunshade if the heat becomes overwhelming. Correspondence with the owner was convenient and easy. I hope I have many return visits.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We spent the month of January at the Condo and enjoyed every day. We made some great friends at the Pool. We will return in 2012 for two months and hope to make it three when available.We found everything as discribed in the Vidio's. The Southern exposure is a real bonus. We found it to be Great.

My wife and I stayed here for the month of January and had a fun stay . The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy .The balcony is large and well furnished . It has a southern exposure that allows for sun all day long .It overlooks the pool and offers several beautiful mountain views . We found the owners to be very thoughtful and helpful . No problem in recommending this conviently located condo unit .

A welcomed retreat for these Minnesota snowbirds!! Great location, close to downtown Palm Springs which we love. Very peaceful and quiet, loved being able to have the pool so close and of course the best is sipping coffee in the morning with the great view or enjoying cocktails at night with that same view. We certainly would recommend this condo to anyone.

We took my parents, who visited from the Frozen Tundra of Chicago, over Thanksgiving weekend. The Condo was incredible. It has everything. Everyone in the community was helpful and friendly. Unit is located on the fairway of Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort - The Legend. Took Dad to play both the Legend and Resort Courses, while the ladies did some shopping downtown. Great Specials included both buffet breakfast and lunch. You must try the Italian Restaurant (cannot remember name)that is located next to the Desert Imax Theatre. Great service and food. I will do everything within my power to take the opportunity to reserve the Condo again and again. Thanks G!

We had a great visit, this unit was perfect! We had tons of room , the 2 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. It is nicely situated, close to Vonns grocery store, Walmart, golfing and was very safe for a nice walk. The pool was warm, and the hot tub hot! Just the way we like it. Our memorable day was a trip down e. Palm Canyon Dr. (111) to Indio looping back on Hwy 10 , going all the way west to the Wind Farms , ( which are fantastic) and the returning via Palm Canyon Dr. The visitors info in Palm Desert is a must. All in all a very good holiday , we will be back as soon as we can. Thanks a lot.

Perfect location. Close to everything - shopping, movies, grocery stores. Pool area was so nice and quiet. Great tennis courts too! Save the money you'd spend at a fancy hotel and treat yourself to a massage at one of the nearby spas~

I'll never stay in a big hotel again when this lovely quiet condo is available. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable. A++++

I stayed there with some friends and we all had a wonderful time. The condo is fully equipped, clean, great access to the pool and jacuzzi, and to the downtown area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the mountains and the pool area. I can't wait to stay there again!
