I can't say enough about our wonderful vacation in Pensacola Beach last week. We chose to stay at the Beach Club Towers because we ran in the Gulf Coast 1/2 Marathon and it was conveniently located near the start & finish lines. We needed 3 BR/3 BA, but what caught my eye was the title of the listing that stated the condo had the most comfortable beds. That was important for a good night's rest before the run. The condo has been redecorated a bit from the photos (the BIG TV is no longer behind the dining room table, there is a new sofa and chair, but the leather swivel chairs are still there and awesome, and there are new duvet covers) and looks even better than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is clean. We spent much of our time on the huge balcony with 4 comfortable chairs (just wish there was an ottoman out there to prop up our tired feet!) and table with 4 more chairs, so we easily entertained and grilled fish on the electric grill the guys caught on a chartered fishing trip. We took advantage of the free beach chairs one day and used the beach towels provided. A big thanks to Lila for being available telephonically to answer questions and make our stay memorable. The ammentities at the Beach Club Towers are upscale and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation to my friends and family, and complete strangers! Enjoy! We liked being able to walk over to the Boardwalk and ate at Flounders 3 nights and had lunch at Hemingway's because it was so convenient, but Peg Leg Pete's is less than 2 miles away and we met the captain for the private fishing charter at the dock there and had great Grouper sandwiches afterwards. Book it - the beds are really comfortable!

Owner response:What more can I say??? My condos do get updated on a regular basis...so the photography does tend to lag behind the improvements. I do think it is time for this one to get new Photos and Virtual Tour as the photographer says even the technology he used is out of date. 4 whole years...WoW.... I promise my units will always have a clean & fresh new look each time you visit. Will be sure to put ottoman for balcony on my wish list! We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Club Towers, the condo is well furnished with all the comforts of home and beach towels provided (one less thing to pack!!!) The view from the balcony is amazing, we were able to see schools of dolphins. Already looking forward to our next visit!!!

Overall an excellent choice - very nice accomodations, comfortable and very well appointed. Perfect location for our needs. A must revisit for us. Arrangements were easy and direct with the owner which I appreciated - the only one issue was the TV in the main living room which did not work. Overall very satisfied.

Owner response:60" Flat panel TV only 4 years old just stops working! But even without the main TV we still get a 5 Star rating with this guest. I love it!! It was too bad they were only there 4 nights and didn't get to see the AWESOME new 65" TV that was delivered in time for the next guest. It would have been there the second day of their stay but the delivery truck was in a terrible crash, major injuries to the driver and the TV was totaled. Some things just can't be helped. However, if you stay in one of my Beach Front condos, you will always be satisfied and we will always solve any unfortunate circumstances as fast as humanly possible. We know the value of your vacation time and that is why we try so hard to make it perfect.

My wife & I live in Navarre and had 4 family members fly into Pensacol for a long weekend. We never went to our house. We enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the condo for the 3 wonderful days. Very clean and cozy with a beutiful deck looking over the Gulf. Just a wonderful tie. Thank you!

If the dates are clear, the weather looks clear, and you can clear your calendar as well, come stay with us. Even if you have to work, you are close enough to commute and can actually enjoy a "working" vacation at a very reasonable price.

BEST CONDO ON THE BEACH!!!!

We have vacationed in this area for twenty years and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in!! It was January and we spent most of our time on the large balcony in padded lawn furniture sunbathing and watching the waves roll in over the white sand beaches. The entire condo is outfitted with high-end furniture. Lila has a real flare for interior decorating and the artwork in each room is just lovely. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom and the master bath was impressive with two sinks, glassed in shower and whirlpool tub. Kitchen well supplied even down to the Tupperware containers in the pantry. Lila has thought of everything. I"m ready to move in!! We had a wonderful time and strongly recommend this as an ideal summer or winter vacation destination . Thanks Gina

Absolutely perfect ! Beautifully decorated with three very comfortable bedrooms, flatscreen's in every room. It was completely immaculate, and the view from the balcony was the best I've ever had at the beach! Watch the sun rise & set from your balcony ! The New Years fireworks on the Pier were an added bonus! You only need to bring your food and a hair dryer. We will be back :-)

The Beach Club is the only place to stay when vacationing in Pensacola!! This condo is extremely CLEAN, SPACIOUS and UPSCALE. The gulf view from the private balcony is AWESOME and RELAXING. The gym, spa and beach access are all terrific. The owners are very accommodating. We'll be back in 2012!!

This is a top notch rental, good location right on the beach. Very large and spacious living area with accomodations for guests. The beds are all very comfortable, especially in the master suite. The entire room is decked out with name brand furniture, granite on every countertop, and the kitchen is equipped for cooking your own meals (all you have to bring is the food). There is an electric grill on the balcony that works very well. Great work out area and spa downstairs, along with a inside pool area and outside pool area along with easy access to the beach. Also, the manager was very patient and friendly with us and was extremely helpful with all our needs. A+ experience, my family and I are well rested and renewed. We plan on staying here again.

I have stayed on Pensacola Beach at various locations for many years. In fact, I used to own two condos as well as a time share unit there. This condo is far and away the best I ever had the pleasure of renting on the beach, accompanied by several old friends (literally and figuratively). The location, view and proximity to the beach are truly outstanding. Moreover, it is conveniently located near "downtown Pensacola Beach" with easy access to restaurants and shops The unit is very well described in the listing and is extremely well furnished and maintained. The owners are helpful and gracious and I highly recommend this condo as a wonderful place to "chill out".

My experience with the entire booking process was quick and easy. I was able to get in touch with the owner very quickly. He offered a safe and secure means to handle the credit transaction. The condo was very beautiful with a perfect view of the gulf! The bedding was incredible. We appreciated the menus from various restaurants which helped us choose some great food. Beach Club Towers is a wonderful resort, very clean and modern. We will be back!

Stayed here for Spring Break in April 2010. We had 2 families--4 adults & 4 children. The condo was immaculate,more than enough space, and the views were gorgeous. The Beach Club is conveniently located to restaurants,stores,the zoo,etc. We loved having lunch on the huge balcony looking at the ocean. The owner was great and recommended two local restaurants--McGuires & The Tuscan Oven. We enjoyed both and probably would have missed them otherwise. Normally, our group likes to stay at different places every year for variety, but we can not see how it could get better than this. Can't wait for our next visit!

Dear John & Lila, As frequent worldwide travelers - we award your Pensacola Beach Club unit our highest recommendation! We will be back again and again! Everything in the condo was BETTER than described online! The BEST bedding in Florida, (if you ask us), squeaky-clean, excellent location, fabulous amenities, HUGE balcony including grill, very tasteful and comfortable beachy furnishings, wonderful telescope for guests use! And so much more! Many, many, little personal touches abound! The giant Open kitchen area (kit-living room-dining room-combo) features a spectacular View of the Gulf, dedicated ice maker, high-end appliances, lots of cabinet space including pantry fully stocked with all of the chef tools that you need for casual dinner or a great party! The three Fabulous bedrooms have bedding that feels like sleeping on a cloud! Ample closets and dressers, large laundry room. Baths are spacious and well appointed. Magnificent view of the Gulf - not too high, not too low! The sunsets are amazing from this condo! From the moment we spoke with John and then made the reservation, we had a good feeling about this unit and property! Our intuition proved to be correct! The Best of the Best in Pensacola!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club #503. The condo was immaculate and the view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The facility is very well maintained and secure. The fitness center had high end equipment with a view of the pool and gulf. The indoor heated pool is large with a lot of natural light. We have already recommended this condo to our friends and expect to come back for a second visit.

We were in town for my mom's 70th birthday, and this place couldn't have been more perfect. The condo is huge and absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center. Our family of six had plenty of space. Beach Club's location on the beach is perfect -- a short walk from the pier and beach pavilion as well as from several restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone wanting an upscale beach vacation in one of the most beautiful buildings on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Wow! What a wonderful time we had staying in your condo. It is large and beautiful. All our family could spread out and relax. We got up every morning and enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking out to the beach and ocean. We even saw dolphins on two mornings. The resturants were great and everything was convenient. We had the pleasure of spending an entire week ath this wonderful condo. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and all of the furniture and accessories were top of the line. We plan on coming back next summer. It was nice to stay at a place and be able to walk to many restaurants and activites for the kids.

The condo is amazing! Everything that you need for an awesome vacation is right there! The central location on the beach is an added bonus! We stayed here with out of town family for my son's graduation and the condo was perfect. Everyone was impressed with the exquisite decor and especially commented on the comfortable beds. You feel as if you are sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen and living area were perfect for enjoying family meals and quality time. The balcony was spacious and even has an electric grill (most condos prohibit cooking on the balcony). We enjoyed excellent weather, breathtaking views from the balcony, and an overall spectacular long week-end!! The owners are awesome! We would highly recommend Beach Club #503 and give it a 5+ star rating!!

This was our second time staying at this condo and we have not been disappointed either time. Very clean and comfortable, well supplied, great views (easily see dolphins swimming), and convenient to everything. We will be back.

This place is fantastic! Very clean and comfortably equipped with high-end quality furnishings. The Starwood "Heavenly Bed" has nothing on this place. Landlord provided relatively clear instructions into the place that is digitally coded like Fort Knox. It's great that the unit is on the 5th floor because much higher wouldn't allow you to see the beach and water together. I have no reservations recommending this place. Terrific.

We truly enjoyed this unit on a recent spring break get away. The fifth floor offers a spectacular view of the Gulf at just the right elevation. It is as if the water was part of the living area! The furnishings are well done and the complex offers a superior adult and quite family experience.
