The Paradise Condominiums are well kept and are in a great location. The grounds are colorful and well groomed. The entrance is on the East side of the main road "Calle Pas Diaz" in Jaco beach. the complex is gated and is manned 24 hours. There is a large common area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi. They are clean and well maintained. The layout is court style and the one way street travels a big square and parking is allowed on one side of the street only.
VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES:
The condo's are one bedroom one bath, newly remodeled, new tile and furnished. Pull out couch in the Kitchen/living room and double bed in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator,microwave,two burner hot top and beautiful hardwood kitchen cabinets.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS:
Canopy Tours- explore the jungles from treetops. ATV Tours- hit the beach,go through the forests and up into the mountains, tours vary for age and skill levels. Fishing- some of the finest fishing you can find and the undisputed sail fish capital of the world. Surfing- Jaco and its more challenging neighbor Hermosa Beach is know for its most consistent surfing waves. Volcano tours- day or overnight trips available, see Costa Rica's most active Volcano- "Arenal Volcano". Shopping,Spa's,Restaurants,Manuel Antonio National Park,White Water Rafting & Kayak Tours, Horseback Riding, Jungle Tours- there is so much to do in and around Jaco Beach.

Everything about this place is awesome! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and helped and coordinated with excursions, places to eat and shop! This place is more incredible than depicted. The value is great and I would recommend this for anyone! If you go, you have to try the calamari at the Poseidon Restaurant!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
