This two story condo is over 1,200 square feet, with an additional 300 square foot private deck. It sleeps 6 comfortably (king, queen and 2 twin beds) with the master bedroom downstairs and a private deck with barbecue upstairs. This three bedroom condo is completely furnished, including linens, dishes, washer and dryer, TV and wireless internet, among other things. One pet is allowed per HOA regulations.

30 night minimum stay/City and HOA regulations.
One third the rent is due at signing of lease.
