Our brand new condo, located in the beautiful Playas del Coco resort community, only 30 minute drive from Liberia airport, will offer you comfortable and relaxed vacation in Costa Rica. The condo is only 4 blocks from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the town of Playas del Coco with its restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beauty salons, ice cream café, bars, and casino.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is furnished with beautiful Costa Rican Guanacaste wood, washer and dryer in the unit, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Each room has it's own air conditioner allowing individual setting of temperature and humidity.
The condo is very spacious with about 1100 sq. feet indoor living space and additional 300 feet outdoor front and rear terraces. You can enjoy either of the two sparkling pools and Jacuzzi few steps from the patio.
There is a community plaza with several restaurants, convenience store, beauty salon, and internet cafe within a short walking distance from the condo.
You can start kayaking right on the Playas del Coco beach or have morning and sunset walks on the beach.
There are also several beaches within 1 hour from Playas del Coco that are well known for their famous sport fishing tours, scuba diving, and snorkeling. You can have fun on the canopy tours, boat river tours along the Palo Verde River, and enjoy nature and amazing species in the National parks. You can also take a bus tour or drive yourself to the neighboring Nicaragua with many active volcanoes, beautiful lakes, etc.
It's a fun and relaxing vacation for all ages.

We enjoyed a lovely two week stay in Playas del Coco this April. The condo was perfect for our family of four, especially for our older daughter who enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool for hours every day. The proximity to town, the beach, and nearby resorts was appreciated. There are several restaurants and an internet cafe no more than a 5 minute walk from the condo which we found very convenient. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home-like environment in the area! The Becker Family San Francisco, CA

It was very enjoyable 10 days we have spent in Playas del Coco and vicinities around Christmas. The nature was beautiful, sunsets were amazing. The condo was very spacious and in a very good condition. We would like to return next year again.
