We had so many wonderful renters last summer, that loved our house and treated our neighbors with consideration that we have decided to continue renting. Enter the flower lined beautiful front patio of this 2 story, 4 bedroom 2 bath private home.
Located on one of the most desirable courts in south Mission Beach there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each level, with a private patio on the 2nd floor. The gourmet kitchen/living room opens onto the court patio with table seating for 12 plus gas BBQ, and lounge chairs for your dining and relaxing pleasure. There are 2 onsite parking spaces and free extra capacity laundry. Located a block from the ocean and steps to the bay.
This is a family oriented court. If you are looking for a fun, activity filled vacation, family reunion, wedding guest house, look no farther. We provide well maintained bikes for all ages, plus helmets and childs seats. We have plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, easyup canopy, horseshoes, and sand toys. You need wireless internet we have it. Not 1 but 2 high definition plasma flat screen TVs on Satellite. Jacuzzi bath tub, large library, and family games
We love to kayak on Mission Bay and we think you will too. We provide 2 very stable kayaks a single and a double.

About the owner: This was our home for years but we did not need 4 bedrooms and decided to rent and move to a smaller abode. We still miss it and the wonderful neighbors on the court. Fortunately we still live in Mission Beach a short bike ride away. I also own a duplex on the same court and enjoy gardening and being active in the Mission Beach community. I enjoy bike riding, kayaking, and now standup paddle boarding. I provide these at all of my rental units so my renters can have fun. I am a native San Diegan I would not want to live anywhere else then in Mission Beach. Patty
Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach:
I love living in Mission Beach. In 1993 I bought a duplex on Brighton Court and 6 years later bought this 4 bedroom house from a neighbor and was very excited about its possibilities. Since then I have bought several other apartments in Mission Beach and with the help of a great cleaning crew and family we do 10 weekly rentals during the summer. I have renters you have been returning for 16 years, who we count as friends. This is a wonderful neighborhood inwhich to live and own property.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
People love renting this house. Everyone says they hope to return. I try to provide everything for my renters to have fun. There are as many bikes as you need. This year I added a standup paddle board. Very popular with the neighbors. There is a stable double kayak. There are horseshoes, bochee ball, volleyball and a TV in the "kids room" There is a highchair, packnplay, boosterchair. bike with child seat and kid trailer behind a bike. For the beach there is an easyup canopy, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, cooler, wagon, and sand toys. Bring your clothes, toothbrush and have fun.
