Our fabulous, well equipped condo is set on Imperial Gardens private golf course with secluded views from the 4th fairway. The tastefully furnished property is a ground floor unit with an attached garage and guest parking, and is part of an attractive two-story building comprising twelve homes in total with wonderful neighbors who are there for the same reason you are; (R&R).

The prestigious 3000 acre Imperial Golf Estates offers 2 golf courses and a beautiful world class Players Club and Restaurant. There is a fee for the use of the club house.

Our Club house at Bermuda Greens has a 30' x 80' oval pool, and spa/whirlpool, gas grill, and multiple weekly activities for all who would like to participate and is open and available to all our rental guests.

A shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants is located very close by.

With a total living space of 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property sleeps up to six in comfort. There is carpet in the bedrooms and living space and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Our private Lanai is Approx. 10' x 30' and is our place for cool drinks, great meals, and relaxing sounds of nature.

We call our condo our "Lil Bit Of Heaven".
