This beautiful condominium is located on the sixth floor of the Mar Abierto building directly on the beach. It overlooks the Caribbean Sea and has a large, covered balcony which wraps around the north-west portion of the building for spectacular views of the sea.
Each room is quiet and spacious. There is comfortable sleeping and dining for up to eight (8) people and three separate bedrooms, including the Master Suite, each with its own full bathroom. The kitchen comes complete with all the comforts of home and hot water is available for every shower. Additionally, maid services are available for cooking, cleaning, and other tasks, and the Maid's Quarters is adjacent to the kitchen, with separate bathroom.
The seventh floor is the roof of the building where there is a large pool overlooking the sea as well as a spacious hot tub and sauna for guests. Additionally, there is a barbeque available here as well as a social area for parties and celebrations.
The entire building enjoys 24-hour security. |
