Our Condominium at the Kihei Akahi "C" building is away from the elevator and trash chute noise. Lanai is garden level and easy access to parking. Trade Winds cool us daily. We share all the amenities you see or find at all the Kihei Akahi listings. Our lovely condo is tiled through out. This is NOT a hotel room; it's our second home, and furnished accordingly. No cleaner will awaken you and you'll feel really comfortable and rested. Like to cook? Your full kitchen or gas BBQ at both pools are ready and waiting. Hate to cook? Walk right next door to famous Fred's and Moose McGillycuddy's for always great food and prices pleasing to the pocket.

After many years of visiting Maui and enjoying it's amenities and attractions from one end of the island to the other we came to the conclusion this South Kihei, Kamaole Beach II area is by far the best most centraly located area on the Island. It gives the visitor access to any activity you could possibly want to do with the least effort. Shopping, dinning, and all possible beach activities just footsteps from the unit and the local new Maui bus service right out front.

We are very late in posting our stay, but want to say something about this unit. We spent 30 days in this unit and we had a wonderful time. The unit was clean, and had many of the items a person would want to take to the beach with you.The location is great, just a short walk down the "driveway" and cross the street, and your at the beach. We were lucky enough to meet the owners while we were there and they are as friendly as can be,they even gave us a ride to the airport! Because of everything being so close, we only rented a car for two days,there is a bus stop very close to the complex and we used that to go to the large mall, and make a run to Costco. The bus system is very easy to use. There are lots of places to eat and a variety of foods to choose from. One we liked was "Da Kitchen" alot of locals eat there and you get your fill,although not all the people working there seem to love their job! The two pools are clean and people there are very friendly, the grounds are very well kept and the place is quiet. For the cost of the unit, you will not find a better deal and the owners are great. Hope to someday go back again and stay there for another 30 days.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Mary and Rich: I can't tell you how wonderful our trip was......... we survived our trip to Hana, it was like nothing I could ever imagine.. we made a trip to the winery in Up Country it was so beautiful there... The water, I'm left speechless of the beauty of it all... Mahalo for the use of your spectacular condo.. I was able to capture some of the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony.........
