We came to Mt Snow with 2 other families and had a great stay at this house. There were plenty of towels. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Great location and would recommend to others.

We rented this cabin with 12 friends for a fun trip in VT. The owner was great, answered all my questions in a timely manner and the house was amazing. Plenty of sleeping space, the hot tub was wonderful and the game room downstairs was perfect for those who wanted to stay up later than others. I would absolutely stay here again. (It was also SUPER close to the mountain).

I came to this house with 12 friends and was at first a little worried about there being enough room. This was not the case! The house is exactly as described complete with a Hot Tub, Sauna, and Game room downstairs (complete with a foozball table, pool table, and ping pong table!). There were three floors, a full kitchen, and enough beds for everybody in our group. Everything was in tact and clean when we arrived. Robin, who assisted us in the rental was more than accommodating in answering our questions and needs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this rental to anybody!

My group of friends have stayed with Ahmeek Chalets for two winters in a row now and it was a wonderful experience. Owners are always very helpful, houses are clean and spacious, and having a personal hot tub is great. Also great location...only 5 minute drive from mountain. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed in unit 2, a 3-bed condo: - Hot tub too cold to use - No TV signal - Lots of cobwebs in bathroom - Blown bulbs in both bathrooms - Smashed lampshade - Ran out of hot water on the third shower (in a 3-bed condo) - Really old towels and not winter blankets (owner disagreed with the 5 of us on this subjective point) - Peeling paint in bathroom. - Missing blind in living room. Basically you get the idea, it wasn't nice. We ended up getting a very small refund for the hot tub but were told that the rest of the things should not have impacted our stay. Owner said we should have called maintenance but I did leave a long message on her phone which she said she couldn't understand. Anyway, I wanted things working before I got there and when I went to use them, rather than chasing repairs on a very short ski weekend.

Owner response: We value our reputation and want everyone to have an enjoyable stay. It is always regrettable if a renter is dissatisfied. Although our lease does not require any refund for appliance malfunctions , we do so as a good will gesture. We also extended a credit to return on another weekend. We have a maintenance company available who respond quickly , sometimes within minutes, if a problem should arise. A phone number is provided in our Welcome Letter. We provide a phone for all local calls and is best as cell phone signal can sometimes be problematic as was the case. We have a cleaning service which provide the linens and towels. These are standard towels that are provided throughout the Mt Snow Valley in many rental homes and lodges.. Our quilts are standard quilts (not down) However, we have an excellent heating system and down is not necessary. The blind which had been broken by a previous renter, was on order and since been replaced. The torn lamp shade was also replaced. The small area of peeling paint above the shower has been repainted. The heavy snow buried the satellite preventing a strong signal for Directv. A DVD player is provided. We have spoken to the cleaning service to remind them to look up for ceiling cobwebs. The hot water heater has been checked and deemed in good working order. There have not been any other hot water complaints this season.

We had a wonderful experience. We arrived and the home was nice and warm and hot tub was ready to go. The house was spacious, well-kept and only about a two minute drive to the base of Mt Snow. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!

We organized a group of 10 family friends for a two night stay in Unit #3 of the Ahmeek Chalets this past Dec. 08'. The owners were very helpful and dedicated to our stay and were even there on Dec. 25th cleaning since their cleaning person was unable to show. The beds were comfortable, heating system ample, and the atmosphere of the Chalet was quaint and cozy. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and loft sleeping area.
