The house was completely renovated in the spring of 2005 and 2007 with new kitchen, baths, wide-plank flooring and a brand new Recreation Room. Very private, close to the bike path, beach and the shuttle to town.
On the first floor, there is a large living area with brick fireplace, TV, Stereo, VCR and CD player. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a new island for eating along with High Speed Internet Connection. There is also a screened in porch off the living room that leads to a beautiful yard and brick patio/garden.
There are 3 twin bedrooms, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Separate Master Suite with Private bath. There is a large yard with a beautiful brick patio and garden and swing set for kids along with an outdoor shower. The new Recreation room has a Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, second refrigerator, TV and DVD player along with a full Laundry Room.

We have been coming to Nantucket for the last 20+ years. It is our favorite place in the world to unwind and and step away from everyday life. The beaches are beautiful, the restaurants are amazing and it is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends.
