Very private, close to the bike path, beach and the shuttle to town. On the first floor, there is a large living area with brick fireplace, TV, Stereo, VCR and CD player. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a new island for eating along with High Speed Internet Connection. There is also a screened in porch off the living room that leads to a beautiful yard and brick patio/garden. There are 3 twin bedrooms, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Separate Master Suite with Private bath. There is a large yard with a beautiful brick patio and garden and swing set for kids along with an outdoor shower. The new Recreation room has a Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, second refrigerator, TV and DVD player along with a full Laundry Room.
