Windsor Court North is a five-story condominium structure built in the mid-1990's and refurbished inside and out in 2007. The property features a beautifully landscaped pool complex with spa, pavilion, playground, barbecue area and private beach access.

This beautiful 4th story premium end unit offers the best ocean views in Palmetto Dunes. The oversized main balcony faces east offering beautiful views of the sunrise. From the point of the balcony, full 270° panoramic views are available. Each of the three bedrooms offers beautiful ocean views. You will absolutely not be disappointed with the views, breeze and ocean sound from this villa!

The impeccably decorated villa offers tastefully furnished décor in a West Indies style. The living area has a sleeper sofa with two chairs, a TV/DVD/VCR, stereo and a full-length window with a gorgeous ocean view. The dining area includes seating for six, with additional seating for four in the kitchen’s breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The laundry room off the kitchen is equipped with full sized washer and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, TV/DVD and a private balcony with two chairs and a small table. The private balcony faces south and overlooks the ocean and pool area. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, TV/DVD and access to the main balcony.   • This condo is great. Everything about it makes for a very relaxing vacation. It’s easy to get into Palmetto Dunes, easy to pick up parking passes, easy to get from the car to the unit and easy to get to the beach and pool. The location of the unit is great as well offering ocean views from all rooms. We’ll definitely be back for another visit.

  • We've visited Hilton Head the last 7 or so years. This villa is the best, hands down. Nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds, neat screen porch, plenty of seating in the family area and for eating meals, DVD player in each bedroom, nice pool area with some shade for the little ones, very easy access to the beach and a great balcony with plenty of seating and a fantastic view. You can't beat this view! The owner is a great person and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

  • The villa is more lovely than the pictures capture on the website! The views are gorgeous and plentiful from nearly every room. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a beautiful, well maintained pool and garden area. Our 4 year old loved visiting and feeding the turtles in the little pond by the pool. We had to call for service on two occasions, and the response was prompt. We would absolutely rent this villa again and recommend it to others!

  • Condo unit was great, spectacular ocean views, relaxing balcony, great amenities. We always enjoy Hilton Head, dining at Hudson's, superb golf and shopping. This year we got caught with the storm "Fay" for the last half of the week but still managed to have a great time.

  • We loved this property! It was kid friendly and clean and has lots of room to relax and just enjoy! It was much better than staying in a hotel, especially with 2 small children! We also flew there so it was very convenient that we had towels and linens that we otherwise would not have been able to bring in our suitcase and stay there. The owners were wonderful to deal with and answered any questions we had about the villa itself or Hilton Head as we had never been there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful and comfortable place!

  • From the get-go this was a wonderful experience. The owner made himself available to us with all our inquiries. As we were here for the Heritage Open, he lead us in the right direction for tickets, etc. The golf was incredible. The condo was spectacular-- our friends stayed in a different condo, which was nice, but nothing compared to this villa. Others were right in saying that the photos don't do it justice. Very comfy- cozy with beautiful views. The pool area was great for the days where it wastoo chilly and windy to stay on the beach. The bikes were a nice feature to have-very fun!! We have been all over the world on vacations and this place was a gem. We have saved this one for a repeat performance. Well done Ron, and thanks for a great time!!!

  • Our family has been to Hilton Head several times and has always stayed at Windsor properties. This was the best property that we've stayed at during our many visits. The views are indeed spectacular, the villa was well kept and clean, and the owners are pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

  • We have just returned from a wonderful visit. The pictures on the website do not do the condo justice. The views from the condo are awesome. We saw dolphins daily swimming up and down the coast while sitting on the living room couch. I would enthusiastically recommend staying at this condo. I will certainly return to this condo again when the opportunity arises.

    What a special place this is. Can't beat the views and the incredible condo. We had a wonderful time. The beach alone could entertain us all week with walks, shell collecting, dolphin sitings. I could go on and on. Hilton Head has much to offer but what we enjoyed most was family time on the beach and in this beautiful condo. Thanks for the memories. Hope to stay here again. p.s.. If you're an early riser, the sunrises are spectacular.

    A great time in Hilton Head! This was our fifth time here and the seond time to stay in this unit - it felt like revisiting an old friend. Thank you for adding the wireless internet. We sent photos to family and friends every day. We had it all in terms of weather this week: cool, rainy, windy, calm, sunny, hot... and we enjoyed it all. Can't wait to come back next May!
