A Perfect Beach Vacation

Let me preface by saying that my husband and I do not consider ourselves to be “condo people”. However, we decided to try something different this year for our multigenerational family vacation, and boy, are we ever glad we did…. This villa is absolutely perfect! The layout is open with ample gathering, dining and sitting areas, yet affords a reasonable amount of privacy when so desired, both inside and outside. The kitchen is modern, spacious and well appointed – it readily met all our daily needs from baking to grilling to making coffee and/or iced tea. Décor is neutral and inviting, highlighted and enhanced by lots of natural light. The main balcony offers a 180-degree E-SE-S view of the ocean, an unparalleled front-row seat for spectacular sunrises, and a fully shaded retreat by early afternoon… just in time to cool off and enjoy lunch while watching the waves roll in! The screened-in porch is a nice extra, although we didn’t really utilize it much; we spent all of our time out on the balconies and never had any trouble with insects, even at night. With a layout that has carefully considered placement of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas to maximize privacy, natural light and ocean views, we truly felt like we were “at the beach” 24/7. Pictures do not do it justice – the views from everywhere in this villa are stunning! Admirable attention has been paid by the owner to stocking an assortment of family-oriented games, puzzles and movies, not to mention a noteworthy collection of current, quality reading materials. Those little extra touches go a long way toward making the villa feel like a home away from home, for which we are grateful. While on this topic, I would be remiss if I did not also mention that the owner is quite nice, very professional, communicative and helpful, and readily accessible in the event there is a problem. Additionally, the grounds are lovely, the barbeque area is convenient and clean, there are turtles in the pond much to the delight of our children, there is easy access to the beach and parking garage with additional storage for bicycles, and the pool is partially shaded in the afternoon which is perfect for both little ones and fair-skinned big ones alike…. ;) In summary, all three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can’t imagine accommodations better than this, and plan to return annually. And we look forward with great anticipation to more perfect beach vacations at this lovely villa!

This condo is great. Everything about it makes for a very relaxing vacation. It’s easy to get into Palmetto Dunes, easy to pick up parking passes, easy to get from the car to the unit and easy to get to the beach and pool. The location of the unit is great as well offering ocean views from all rooms. We’ll definitely be back for another visit.

We've visited Hilton Head the last 7 or so years. This villa is the best, hands down. Nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds, neat screen porch, plenty of seating in the family area and for eating meals, DVD player in each bedroom, nice pool area with some shade for the little ones, very easy access to the beach and a great balcony with plenty of seating and a fantastic view. You can't beat this view! The owner is a great person and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

The villa is more lovely than the pictures capture on the website! The views are gorgeous and plentiful from nearly every room. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a beautiful, well maintained pool and garden area. Our 4 year old loved visiting and feeding the turtles in the little pond by the pool. We had to call for service on two occasions, and the response was prompt. We would absolutely rent this villa again and recommend it to others!

Condo unit was great, spectacular ocean views, relaxing balcony, great amenities. We always enjoy Hilton Head, dining at Hudson's, superb golf and shopping. This year we got caught with the storm "Fay" for the last half of the week but still managed to have a great time.

We loved this property! It was kid friendly and clean and has lots of room to relax and just enjoy! It was much better than staying in a hotel, especially with 2 small children! We also flew there so it was very convenient that we had towels and linens that we otherwise would not have been able to bring in our suitcase and stay there. The owners were wonderful to deal with and answered any questions we had about the villa itself or Hilton Head as we had never been there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful and comfortable place!

From the get-go this was a wonderful experience. The owner made himself available to us with all our inquiries. As we were here for the Heritage Open, he lead us in the right direction for tickets, etc. The golf was incredible. The condo was spectacular-- our friends stayed in a different condo, which was nice, but nothing compared to this villa. Others were right in saying that the photos don't do it justice. Very comfy- cozy with beautiful views. The pool area was great for the days where it wastoo chilly and windy to stay on the beach. The bikes were a nice feature to have-very fun!! We have been all over the world on vacations and this place was a gem. We have saved this one for a repeat performance. Well done Ron, and thanks for a great time!!!

Our family has been to Hilton Head several times and has always stayed at Windsor properties. This was the best property that we've stayed at during our many visits. The views are indeed spectacular, the villa was well kept and clean, and the owners are pleasant to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

We have just returned from a wonderful visit. The pictures on the website do not do the condo justice. The views from the condo are awesome. We saw dolphins daily swimming up and down the coast while sitting on the living room couch. I would enthusiastically recommend staying at this condo. I will certainly return to this condo again when the opportunity arises.

What a special place this is. Can't beat the views and the incredible condo. We had a wonderful time. The beach alone could entertain us all week with walks, shell collecting, dolphin sitings. I could go on and on. Hilton Head has much to offer but what we enjoyed most was family time on the beach and in this beautiful condo. Thanks for the memories. Hope to stay here again. p.s.. If you're an early riser, the sunrises are spectacular.

A great time in Hilton Head! This was our fifth time here and the seond time to stay in this unit - it felt like revisiting an old friend. Thank you for adding the wireless internet. We sent photos to family and friends every day. We had it all in terms of weather this week: cool, rainy, windy, calm, sunny, hot... and we enjoyed it all. Can't wait to come back next May!

WOW! We have stayed in some awesome places - but we all agree this was the "top shelf" place! Your decor is beautiful (My son thought it was just like our lake house - this was better). The wrap-around view is just unbelieveable! I watched dolphins every evening we were here! Thanks so much for sharing - we will be back!
