Why the Owner Chose Cape Charles
We are located just 25 minutes from Virginia Beach (via the Bay Bridge Tunnel) yet most Virginian's have no idea where Cape Charles is. We like it that way since it means that even during the month of July when the beaches are packed with people we can stretch out and enjoy the sun.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Cottage
In Cape Charles you are certain to have a truly RELAXING and affordable beach vacation. Stretch out on our clean sandy beach, walk to shops and restaurants where you will never have to wait in line.
Cape Charles has one of the largest concentrations of late-Victorian and turn-of-the-century buildings on the East Coast, with most of it's structures built between 1885 and 1920. The entire town is designated as a Historic District on the Virginia Landmarks Register and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

My family loved the Randolph House! It was exactly what we expected. I love older houses, I would love to live in one just like this one! We loved the Catholic church across the street, it was amazing and we loved the music it chimed on the hour. We enjoyed our visit to Cape Charles and to Virgina Beach! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!
