My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday 2007 and was very pleased with the accomodations. The owner was very accomodating and communicated via email and phone in a timely manner. The condo was ready when we got there (about 5p on Sunday) and we stayed for four nights. The owner left a beautiful Christmas tree up and a poinsetta by the fireplace. The kitchen is a little small and because the tree took up some room the living space felt a little crowded. The large dining table was a great place for our nightly games. the living area is nicely decorated and very warm! The bedding was great...nice sheets and plenty of warm comforters. The hot tub was warm and sits on the back deck which has gorgeous views of the aspen trees and the back forest. It is in a great location, very central to everything!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We first stayed at this wonderful vacation home when our dear friends were staying there for the summer. We visited for a week. We loved it so much we booked it for the following summer, then again the following summer...and hopefully again this summer! It is warm and welcoming and extremely well maintained. The owner really goes above and beyond making his 'guests' feel welcomed.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: It is an owner's dream to be blessed with great guests; like these from Arizona, others from Georga, and many places around the US and even Australia. Thank you all for all for being part of our Utah family. Sincerely, KC & Adrienne Fisher

The property was teriffic and as advertised, no surprises. It was a perfect location, half way between Park City and Deer Valley. One of my older kids doesn't ski so she was able to easily hop a shuttle and get to either location.Accomidation swere very nice and the kitchen was outfited with all necessary equipment. The owner was very responsive and nice to deal with. We will be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I spent a week in this townhome, using it as a base to hike in the Uintas & Wasatch. The townhome is huge, beautifully furnished and has every possible amenity for a comfortable stay – a real home away from home. The location is perfect, close to Deer Valley resort and Park City, with a shuttle stop right out front (though we walked). We stayed in October and the fall colours were awesome! We highly recommend this vacation rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautifully decorated ski house and a great owner who makes sure everything is just perfect for your stay. The rustic elegance and attention to detail, along with the close proximity to all ski areas and Old Town Park City, make this location ideal. I highly recommend this house for a family group - our family (4 adults and 2 children) have rented this house for the past 4 years, and look forward to another week in 2012! We greatly appreciate the generous square footage - there is plenty of room for everyone. The pictures do not do it justice - the relaxing atmosphere combined with all the amenities and conveniences make you feel right at home. Our granddaughter wants to move there! Lots of nice extras in the kitchen, new washer/dryer, great comfy beds and pillows. Cozy living room with fireplace and magnificient views. Super location, easy walk to the free shuttle stop - only minutes away from Deer Valley's "executive" ski slopes! The ski shuttle makes having a rental car unimportant, but there is a garage available. The very private hot tub is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I have stayed at this Deer Valley Condominium Numerous times with Family and friends (2005- 2009, twice in 2011). it is a beautiful place near three ski resorts ( Deer Valley Resort is our favorite) and close to Main Street and wonderful restaurants, the home is always ready upon arrival and in excellent condition, the owners are always accommodating and has made several upgrades each time I have been there. Our family especially enjoys the fire place and hot tub !! Cant wait to Return !!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

...I've stayed in this lovely home 5 out of the last 6 years, as a guest of the owners during our ski trips. It has an excellent location (roughly 5 minutes driving time to either Deer Valley or Park City, unless you care to catch the ski shuttle which runs right in front of the condo's entrance). The house is impeccably decorated and stocked with top quality appliances and kitchenware (it's where I had my first cup of Kuerig coffee!). The vaulted ceiling and fireplace in the living room give a truly warm, yet spacious feeling. The bedrooms are separated enough to insure complete privacy. And there's nothing quite like jumping in that huge hot tub (which faces a quiet snow-covered hill) after a long day of skiing or boarding. I haven't been there during the summer, but I understand that a very long hiking trail starts right next to their unit. I've seen alot of Deer Valley/Park City and I can't think of a better place that I'd rather stay, regardless of the cost.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

House was great for three couples -- even the "short straw" couple that got the queen bed (see picture above) had a super time. Location is ideal -- right at the entrance to Deer Valley, so it's very convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. The townhouse is beautifully decorated--everything is new and way above "rental condo" quality. This is definitely a place we'd recommend to friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We have 3 married daughters and Great friends we like to travel with, and we love skiing and the west. This is the 'perfect' townhome for; 2 family vacations, large family vacations, couples trips, 3-4 couples, or a to enjoy winter or summer adventures, my annual guy's ski trip, or the Sundance Film festival.
Why the Owner Chose Boulder Creek:
Our family has been skiing the west since the 1970's, but until we skied Deer Valley, we had not fallen in love with any particular resort or ski area. That all changed when we came to Utah in 2005. The snow and sunshine IS different here. And the lower altitude makes everything easier! No wheezing going up the stairs, no altitude headaches or queezy stomachs, and cooking does not require the adjustments due to altitude. And the restaurants, they go from Zagat gourmet to pizza casual and every where in between. Main Street is a real treat, it's what Aspen used to be, but much bigger and still quaint. Getting here is a breeze - 40 minutes from the airport to our garage! And in 6 seasons, we've never had weather related road problems; they know how to keep I-80 open. From horse back riding, snowmobiling, to tubing at an olimpic venue, it is all more fun here! Call us for reccommendations on any of the above, and come share our Deer Valley home. Sincerely, KC & Adrienne Fisher
