We rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday) or by the month. If you would like to make a reservation or want a rate for renting monthly, please call or email. Our condo is beachfront on the no-driving beach. We're located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach, across the street from Oceanwalk.
We have a fantastic view of the ocean in both directions. Come experience a Tommy Bahama lifestyle in our home away from home: granite kitchen, marble baths with stone floors, jacuzzi tub, ceramic tile floors throughout. Everything is ship shape! Sleeps 1-5: king size bed in master bedroom, double/single bunk bed in small bedroom #2, queen sleeper couch in living room.
Our condo is completely furnished - just pack your laptop and your clothes. There's a huge 50" high definition LCD big screen TV with a DVD/CD player and a high speed internet connection. You'll have all the comforts of home including coffee maker, coffee grinder, telephone/answering machine, ironing board, iron, toaster and blender. There's also a new 40" flat screen TV in the master bedroom. If you have little ones and need a high chair or crib, let me know and I'll provide it for you. I aim to provide everything you will need for a great vacation. We have beach towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and fishing gear for you to use.
The condo is approximately 1000 square feet of comfort and luxury. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do. The colors have all the warmth of a sunrise, and I hope that you will like it. I like to sit on the balcony in the morning and have my coffee and hope for a view of the dolphins. Almost heaven! Super size pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard on the property.

The location of the Condo listing was accurate and the weather and view from the condo was just as advertised. The owner was helpful in answering questions and promptly returned calls. The photograps accurately reflected the rental's appearance except for the 2nd bedroom. From the photos, itt looked like a 2nd bedroom but actually was a large closet with bunkbeds. Found it to be very claustrophobic even for the grandchildren.We were greatly disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo. Bathrooms not clean, rugs appeared to be unwashed and smelled of urine. Smelled of bleach as if poured in the toliet and swished around and that was the extent of cleaning the bathroom. Showers had body hair and crud on edges. Sinks and showers had not seen comet in a long long time. The 2nd bedroom is really a closet with bunkbeds. Very claustraphobic even for the children. Bedsheets in big bedroom had body hairs on them and dirty beach towel left in bathroom. Furniture was brown and dirty. Had to be covered with sheets. Had to wipe the kitchen counters myself because of the dirt and grit. Wiped the refrigerator door handle with a cholorox wipe and it came back brown. Floors had not been mopped. Bottom of children's feet black from walking on floors. Had to unload the dishwasher when I first got there. Whatever the owner paid the cleaning company, it was way too much. We thought a condo would be cleaner renting from an owner because they would have pride in their own property. Not so. We enjoyed the proximity to Daytona Beach and the boardwalk. We would not rent this condo again nor would we recommend this to a friend or relative.Recommended for: People with disabilities.

About the owner: The best thing about living in Florida is the proximity to the beach. We live about an hour away from New Smyrna Beach and like to come over for weekends when we can. It's our home away from home, and that's what we are trying to create for our guests. I like having our little get away that is beautifully maintained and has everything I need waiting for me. I walk in the door and feel myself relax. I spent summers as a child on Cape Cod, and have always loved the ocean. My kids also grew up spending time at the beach, and now I'm sharing this experience with my granddaughter. We love looking for sand dollars on the beach and hunting ghost crabs at night. We hope you will like our condo!
Why the Owner Chose Smyrna Beach Club (formerly Oceanview Towers):
New Smyrna Beach is a great family beach. We're on the "no driving" part of the beach, so it's safe for the kids. We have the benefit of a beautiful beach, with close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Guests frequently ask me about the best restaurants, and I always reply that my favorite place to eat is on my own balcony looking out at the ocean! Our kitchen is fully equipped, and it's a pleasure to cook and eat right at home. I don't really like sitting in the sun, so I love sitting on our balcony and watching everyone on the beach. Earlier this month when I was having coffee out on the balcony I saw a right whale swimming out in the ocean right in front of our condo. That was a first! Dolphins frequently swim by, and it's always fun to see two or three of them our there. We have wireless internet, so I can also stay connected while I'm at the beach. My favorite thing to do is to sit and read and relax. I'm not much of a TV fan, but we have a huge 50" screen in the living room, and a 40" in the bedroom which everyone else in the family likes a lot.
