Compass Point II offers a private swimming pool right out of our own back door. Just a short walk away are a heated community swimming pool, two casual dining locations, Signal Park, a state of the art fitness center and rolling dunes, just to mention a few of the highlights of this multi-use development’s many features. Pedestrian bridges and wooden footpaths lead to the unparalleled beauty of South Walton’s beaches and WaterSound Rec Services offers bike and boat rentals to take advantage of all of the natural beauty. Beach Service rentals are also available, so enjoying the emerald green waters and pristine white sand couldn't be easier or more convenient.

Located in Compass Point II, our two-level, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath has almost 2300 square feet of living space. Professionally decorated in the Coastal Contemporary style by award winning Lovelace Interiors, the home is both beautiful and comfortable. The first floor consists of a 1 car garage, office, laundry and large Master Suite. The master bedroom opens to a private screened-in porch with direct access to the common areas and pool while the master bath affords privacy and luxury with a garden tub, separate shower, his and her vanities and two walk-in closets.

Upstairs you will find a graciously sized family area perfect for entertaining. With a kitchen oriented towards the spectacular views, the dining and living rooms both open to a large balcony area. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless appliances, dark wood cabinets and beautiful granite tops. The living room offers comfortable seating and the most current electronics. Also upstairs are a powder room and two additional guest rooms, each with their own private bath.

Located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, WaterSound Beach is convenient to the finest shopping and restaurants while still affording a secluded and natural environment.
