Sterling Shores Resort is a private, gated, Gulf-front, Beach Club including a 4300 square foot Lagoon Pool and 9000 square feet of sun decks and gardens. There is an on site 35-seat surround sound theater with conference facilities.
The condominium is exquisitely decorated and features fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from its balcony off the main living room. A king-size bed in the master with a sleeper sofa in the main area compliment this property. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub.
Other resort amenities include a second oasis pool on the beach with bathrooms and snack bar. Gated entrance and 24 hour security. Walk to Grazie's Italian restaurant or the Back Porch for seafood.
A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen.
Two private pools, one uniquely situated on the beach, are available on property. An exercise room and cinema are among the many other amenities. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Grill located at the beach, side pool. The property offers private, gated, parking facilities.
There is fine dining and casual restaurants and lounges with indoor and outdoor seating available, literally across the parking lot. Amusements parks, go carts, shopping, restaurants, and Henderson State Park are within easy 200 to 600 yard walk from the property. There are regular activities for all ages on property as well as outstanding golf located immediately near by to include Kelly Plantation, Emerald Bay, and Regatta Bay Country Club, to name just a few.
