It is a mile from Georgetown & within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife. This ground floor unit has been completely renovated--it is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home. This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from a snorkeling beach where you can soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore to a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset. We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests.
