The reviews say it all. Mike and Pat are very helpful and everything is true about the condo complex. The complex is very safe and friendly. The condo is exactly what is promised; it is clean, roomy, comfortable, centrally located, secure, & close to pool and ocean. If you are debating about staying at TI condos, do not fret--there are NO issues. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo because it is on the ground level and has everything you need. Cayman islands are very quiet in the evening. I needed and wanted that. My favorite restaurant is CIMBACOS. Billy Bones had very good catch of the day fish sandwiches,and the fish tacos at Sunshine grill were to die for. Personally I did not care for Rum Point, but I am glad I went and I will never go back. Hell was hysterical and String Ray Bay was interesting. I am very happy we rented a car, it was cost effective and we saw much more of the island. I was the driver and it was scary at first, but then it became much easier as the week went on. You have to constantly think while you drive. The other drivers were very forgiving. The beach is very private and you do need water shoes to walk over to the non rocky part of 7 mile beach. It is literally 50 yards through a small rocky area. It is not bad, but a little difficult with just flip flops. We walked every single day for 1 - 2 hours. Finally, everything that was promised from Mike and Pat was delivered. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo. The pool, beach and condo accomodations were just great. My husband had to do work while there, and the internet services worked seamlessly. Truly a wonderful spot. Pat and Mike made sure that all of our needs were met - and they provide excellent pre-trip resources so that you may have a fantastic vacation. Highly recommended.

My husband & 3 children (14,12,9) recently spent a week in this condo. We had the most amazing holiday...The accomodation was roomy, spotless and very well equipped (felt very homey)...we purchased groceries and had well over half of our meals in. The condo description and photos show exactly what you can expect...I would say it's even nicer than the photos depict! It totally exceeded our expectation. This condo unit, the Treasure Island complex and Grand Cayman itself are all beautiful and offer a wonderful family vacation experience in the Caribbean. Safety was a concern for us, travelling with our kids, but we had no issues and felt extremely comfortable. We expected to meet a few snobby people (being an elite island) but everyone at Treasure Island and on the island itself were extremely friendly and overly helpful. The beach out front offered awesome snorkelling (as did many other spots on the island). The beachfront is very nice and the rocky shore to the north next door kept the traffic of Seven Mile Beach away from our beach area, which made it nice and quiet. I enjoyed my coffee out there each morning watching the cruise ships come into Georgetown Harbour. Once you cross that 50 yards of rocky shore next door, you have 7 miles of awesome white sand beach and turquoise waters to explore and enjoy. Stingray Bay was an amazing experience....we enjoyed the Turtle Farm as well. We rented a car which gave us more flexibility, but certainly was not necessary with the bus system on the main road. The owners of the unit were very pleasant to deal with, accomodating, organized and extremely helpful in planning our holiday along with providing alot of extra info about the island itself. Thanks Mike and Pat, we hope to return one day and stay longer next time around!

Great Time Had By All !

This is my 4th time in The Cayman Islands, while I stay at another Condo in the complex I rented this one for m son and daughter-in-law and their two boys. The place is very well maintained and very clean and accessible to the pool and the beach. he owner was extremely helpful with tons of information and made everything very comfortable. The kids had a blast at Stingray City and we enjoyed the restaurants Copper Falls and Prime very much. Coconuts Joe's was great for breakfast and lunch and a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo for Vavaction with Our Young Children

This was our first vacation with our 3 girls ages 1, 2 and 3. The condo was perfect for us. Our older two shared the second bedroom, the baby crib fit in the master bathroom vanity area allowing a quiet dark place for her as well. The master bed was VERY COMFORTABLE! Location of the condo was perfect, ground floor, next to the kid pool, pool, swim up bar and hot tub, only a few steps to the sand, short walk to the grocery store and great food at Billy Bones. The grounds were very well kept, with a great pool area, staff friendly and helpful. Beach front was awesome, loved the newer cove. Sand was not quite as "powder sugar" as the rest of 7 mile beach but VERY close and better in some ways. The kids loved searching through the sea shells and there was no need for water shoes, ocean very calm and safe for them to play in. We loved that the beach was quieter here than the very next resorts to the north. There is a very short rocky walk on the beach to get to the next part of seven mile but this was absolutely NOT AN ISSUE even for our little ones-we carried the baby over and wore water shoes for this though. There were a few families with young children which my 3 year old made friends with, never TOO many people around but nice guests if you like to be social and very easy to keep your space if you like that. We have been to Cayman before and several other beach destinations. After this experience, we hope to return next year and will not look at any other locations than this condo. The owners were very helpful in providing additional information which improved our vacation. Well beyond standard expectations!

We just got back yesterday and I wanted to thank you again! What a place!! Truly perfect for our family, which included two kids. The beach and pool access was fantastic. The location on Seven Mile Beach made restaurants a short walk away. No car necessary. And the condo was PERFECT! Clean, comfortable with every amenity you need for a perfect holiday. The photos totally show reality. What you see is what you get! Just again wanted to express our thanks for the wonderful service and all of the (very) complete information. It was a treat! Best Family Vacation Ever!

We booked this condo for a family dive vacation in Grand Cayman. We have 2 boys ages 11 and 13. We were very happy to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 beds in the second bedroom for them AND at a very competive rate. The condo listing and amenity information is very accurate. This is a beautiful well maintained condo in a really nice resort suitable for families or couples. We especially loved being on the ground level which enabled us to enjoy the pool and beach to the fullest! We saved quite a bit of money, making our own drinks, rather than buying them at the pool bar. The owners answered all our questions beforehand and gave us a lot of useful information not only for the condo but also for things to do while on the island, including good places to eat. We especially enjoyed walking down the beach to eat at the Reef Grill. We highly recommend this condo and the owners for your Grand Cayman vacation.

My husband and I just returned home from our dream vacation in Grand Cayman. I do not know where to begin, so please pardon if I ramble on. From the second we touched down in the airport it was a gorgeous, sunny and a bit breezy. The perfect weather. We took a short ride to the condo. We walked in the front door and saw that the pictures did not do justice to what this condo really is. Bright and cheerful. Cleaner than any place we have ever stayed. The furniture and decorations could not be better. Kitchen has anything you would ever need. All of the furniture is like brand new! Couches and bar stools not only gorgeous but so darn comfortable. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The sheets we llike satin. Plenty of drawer space and closet space as well. Not to mention the HUGE bathroom right off the bedroom with all you need for storing your personal items. The second bedroom was beautiful as well. Same cheerful and comfortable decorations. You can leave the condo (which is hard to do being so perfect) and head just a few steps to the most gorgeous private beach and your own private cove to snorkle or float and look up at the beautiful skies and know you are in paradise. The pool with bar and hot tub is hard to stay away from. Always fun people just relaxing any time of the day or evening. Think the bar closes at 1100p so it is very peaceful when you sit outside on the large patio with comfy funiture as well. There are so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance or driving just a few minutes. Great food and such fun bands everywhere we went. The staff on the condo property is friendly and so willing to answer any questions you may have. You will not have many, since the owners have a manuel in the condo that covers anything and everything you would need. My husband and I have traveled many places and this would be the very first choice to return to. We have already shared our pictures and stories with as many as we have been able to in the two days since we have been home. Wish we were still there! Downtown is so close......you could take a cab or bus if you did not want to drive. Many, many upscale shops and so many places to eat. The snorkling was so much fun on the tour as well as your own private cove. Stingray City is a must!!!!! We would return to this condo without a second thought!!!!!!!!!! Paradise Found

My wife and I just returned from a two weeks stay at this condo. The weather was rather poor as we were inconvenienced by tropical weather which eventually became Hurricane Rina. We saw intermittent sunshine and rain almost every day. The surf was rougher than usual for the Caribbean, but the Dive Operation we used managed to move the boat around and keep us diving regularly. Snorkeling or swimming in front of the condo was impossible during the entire two weeks, but it didn't stop us from taking long walks along the beach. The rough surf was actually very beautiful and made for some fantastic photo opportunities. NOW THE GOOD! The Condo is absolutely beautiful with every convenience you could possibly want. It is exactly what you see in the photos. We ate a lot of meals on the patio, used the hot tub regularly, and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The tropical decor and colors in the unit are bright and cheerful. The furnishings and accommodations are very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The owners work very hard to make sure your vacation is comfortable and enjoyable. The next time we return to Grand Cayman we will certainly consider this Condo. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation on Grand Cayman.

I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in Sept along with my sister and a girlfriend. Arranging the details of our lodging was a breeze as the owners were extremely thorough and immediate with their correspondence. The unit was pleasantly immaculate! I have a rule of no shoes in the condo and was happy when my feet remained clean after walking in the unit. The master bed...ahhh!! The double facing large mirrors in the bathroom were a bonus, especially when getting ready while another person is in there. We loved the iPod dock and radio as well as the cable tv and tv in the master. I could be lounging on the couch catching up on the news, look over to the right outside the glass doors and see the beach and blue water!! Truly a fantastic location with the right amount of privacy. When we got hungry, but were too lazy to cook, we headed to the pool bar which serves this delicious Ahi tuna wrap and the most amazing Caesar drinks that really hit the spot! Coconut Joe's is the best for breakfast and if you're wanting a special dinner head to Pappagallo's or Edoardo's. I am so glad i found this Treasure Island gem and have moved it to the top of my list after returning from my 7th trip to 7 mile beach!

This unit is exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and mostly affordable. This unit has an awesome view of the ocean with a secluded area for swimming and snorkeling. Pool allows you to swim up to the Bar & Restaurant. The "Billy Bones" Restaurant on site was better than most restaurants we attended during the week. The bottom line is that you can't ask for a better location, unit and price on Grand Cayman Islands.

This was our first time visiting the Cayman Islands, and as frequent travelers to other Caribbean Islands, we thought we knew what to expect. This was the most clean and comfortable place we have ever stayed. The beaches were beautiful and not to mention the location and condition of the condo. Being on the first floor, ground level, meant that we didn’t have to walk up and down stairs carrying groceries, snorkel gear or luggage. We were right next to the pool and just steps from the ocean. The position of the condo allowed us to watch sunset each night right from the patio. We enjoyed the snorkeling right out on the cove, and heading into town for shopping and great restaurants. We got engaged on the beach at sunset, and it was the most amazing moment of our lives. We will be back to visit often- maybe for our Honeymoon!

I have been to the Cayman Islands before but it keeps on getting better. The island is like no where else I have been; it is safe, clean and absolutely beautiful anywhere you go. Treasure Island was by far our favorite resort; with an amazing pool layout and beachfront access. The pool bar is a great bonus with excellent service, drinks and food. The condo felt just like home with all the amenities you could want with an elegant island feel. Since I was there last the beachfront was closed in with a beautiful stone cove unlike any other one the seven mile beach. The water is so calm that little children could safely play out in the front without worry about the waves being too rough. The island is known for their snorkeling, and we had some of our best experiences right outside of the cove in front of the condo. This is the first time I did not rent a car while being on the island, and we had a great experience utilizing the bus system along with taxis when needed. There are so many things accessible from the main strip and busses are constantly driving by. The fare is $2 a person, making transportation very affordable and convenient especially when you are uncomfortable driving in a different country. My husband and I have traveled many different places and Grand Cayman is our favorite place by far. The cleanliness of the island, the hospitality of the locals and the accommodations of the Treasure Island make the experience hard to top. There is no doubt we will be back, and next time we will bring out little daughter with us.

The Perfect Unit.

I booked this unit for my family, with a toddler, and my folks to join us and experience Grand Cayman. The condo was perfect for our whole family. Two bedrooms with 2 full baths gave us & my folks full privacy when sleeping and getting ready in the mornings and my toddler could run to both rooms to visit - which my folks loved. The unit is decorated with a wonderful full-caribbean decor just what everyone WANTS to experience when on vacation. Unlike others locations we compared, this unit offers a PERFECT pool structure: large pool, hot tub and perfect size toddler pool with small waterfalls to play in. We could go to the ocean, was off the salt water with an outdoor shower then swim in the pools. The beach also had a great sheltered rock reef to keep the big waves at bay for safe and comfortable swimming. ** NOTE we also saw guests from other "7 mile beach" sites come to the Treasure Island swim beach to use this protected reef area. The reef also was open at the end to venture out in the ocean. **Also important for our family - the unit is ground floor for easy access and no burden of climbing stairs with arms full of too much stuff. There is no elevator for upper units. This unit is close to the patio where we used the bbgrills provided and cooked out. My folks commented on the amenities like home with full kitchen and laundry that a hotel doesn't offer saving money for breakfast, lunch, dinner and packing beach lunches. The condo is close to stores, restaurants however we always rent a car for the week to explore the whole island - you can book your week and enjoy all the island has to offer. The owners also provide a cooler and kids beach shovel, bucket, toys so don't bother in packing these items - everything was provided and ready to go. We had a GREAT time as always in Grand Cayman and this condo was the perfect set up for our family. The Stebbins Family - from cold Michigan.

Great Condo

My two girlfriends and I rented Mike's condo for five days. It was clean and well cared for. We especially liked that it was situated in a great central location in Grand Cayman. We could walk to town as well as walk to many great local restaurants. I'd definitely recommend this condo for a friends vacation and also for families with kids. Thank you!!

Your condo was very nice and we had no problems with our stay there. We so much prefer a condo vs. a hotel room, so you have a second bedroom and bathroom to allow a little space for the family to spread out. It was nice that you leave some movies, books, cards etc in the unit for a person to use. The wind was up a little due to the front moving thru so we only snorkeled off the beach 1 day but were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the snorkeling for just swimming off the beach. The beach itself was great for walking. The sand and view are splendid. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants, our trip to Stingray City etc. We didn't get to everything on the island so we have an opportunity to "need" to go back some day to finish exploring. Thanks for sharing you piece of paradise with us.

Our family of five had a blast at Grand Cayman! The condo was a perfect fit! We snorkeled at least twice/day and even did night snorkeling at the reef outside the condo. Some of the best snorkeling was near the buoy to the left of the condo. We thought the condo was perfect to cook in... amenities were great! We used the pool at night and the beaches during the day! The condo location was close to everything; we walked to the grocery store (10 min. walk) and to all of the restaurants! Great location, great access to everything.The owners information was invaluable for our stay. We were there for Christmas and New Years Eve. The beach has sand, but ocean approach is rocky, so used the condo beach for tanning and used the adjoining beaches for wading and swimming. Snorkeling is great on the Treasure Island beach--- far better than the surrounding beaches for snorkeling. Had a fantastic stay.

I do not know which was better, the wonderful condo or the greay assistance provided by Pat. She made our first trip tp Cayman the best experience. The condo is the best possible location. Not beachfront, but has a "beachfront" view with the convience of poolside and grill area location. The ground floor access is so great. We have a four year old and this was the perfect area, condo and complex location. The kids pool is a great addition. The condo is VERY clean and the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Pat makes sure you really have all you could ever need to enjoy your vacation. Perfect- Thanks to Pat.

Our family vacation to Grand Cayman and our stay at Pat's condo was great! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable with awesome snorkeling from the beach, and it was within walking distance to the restaurants we had chosen. We visited Sting Ray City and rode horses on the beach, but we also enjoyed reading and relaxing by the pool and beach. This condo and vacation will be recommended to all our friends!

Pat, We just wanted to let you know our vacation was awesome. Your condo was perfect, everything we needed to be at home away from home was there, clean, comfortable, private, felt very safe, especially with the security guards always strolling by. Great proximity to George Town for shopping and dinner. We had dinner at the Wharf restaurant and the Lobster Pot, both places they feed the Tarpons nightly, that was a site to see! My daughter and husband did several dives while there, seeing many creatures in the ocean such as turtles, stingrays, eagle rays and even the occasional hammerhead shark!. My daughter also did a night dive with the fellow from Ollen Miller dive shop located at the Cracked Conch restaurant, which was excellent, we would recommend them to anyone. We did a stingray city tour with Captain Marvins, which you had recommended, it was great. We stopped and snorkeled for a while, then harvested conch, in which they used the meat and we were able to bring home the shells afterward. Then we stopped to feed the stingrays, which was alot of fun. Something you don't get to do just anywhere! The reef out in front of the condo was full of beautiful fish and turtles, the occasional stingray to see while snorkeling. We did not rent a car, just called for a taxi when needed. The drivers and all the island people were very helpful, friendly and informative when we needed it. We hope to back to the island in the future and would love to stay in your condo again. Can't say enough great things about this condo and location - would do it again in a heartbeat. Our second year in a row in Cayman, and my wife and 3 daughters really enjoyed it. Having the washer/dryer directly in the condo was a huge plus. The snorkeling around the reef at TIC was great - some of the best on the island. If you are a diver, highly recommend Neptune Divers for boat dives, and do not miss the shore dive at Turtle Reef. Did Stingray City again, and wouldn't consider doing it with anybody but Dexter (Dexter's Fantasea Tours) - he truly offers the best entertainment value for the dollar, and is great with young kids & families. Billy Bones restaurant/bar has great food & drinks, and we also really like Aqua Beach Restaurant just a short walk away. Legends/Eats is also very good. Deckers, though more expensive, is exceptional. Feel free to e-mail me if I can anwer any questions.

Our family just returned from a week vacation in the Cayman Islands. Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We so enjoyed playing on the beautiful sand beach, swimming in the wonderful swimming pools (2 of them) and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and family friendly. The location on seven mile beach is nice and within walking distance of many resturants and shops. We look forward to returning to this island paradise sometime in the future. We also thank the owners for being so helpful and great to deal with.

We had a wonderful time on Grand Cayman. Our best family holiday yet! The condo was terrific - proximity to the beach and pool, spaciouness and cleanliness were all top rate. The daily maid service was a HUGE bonus. Thanks so much. We will definately be back. Lorraine

Dear Pat, We had a wonderful time in Cayman and loved your condo! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved being on the ground floor and it was very clean when we arrived. We were sad to leave! We did alot of snorkeling, went to Stingray City, and also went to several different restaurants. The beef tenderloin at "The Wharf" was out of this world. We went there for New Years Eve. We spent one day at Rum Point and also ventured out to Georgetown several times. What a fabulous vacation! The apartment is a complete delight - extremely well furnished, comfortable and well tended with every possible convenience you could possibly want. The maid service is a bonus that puts the icing on the cake. As far as I could dtermine, this is the best spot on 7-mile beach for one simple reason - the snorkeling fromoutside the paratment is the best I have experienced anyhwere in the world - huge, colourful fish just yards from the shore. Add to this a lovely pool complex with a kids pool and little waterfalls and you have the recipe for a great holiday. My kids would have spent the whole time here - and who would lame them. Our family had the best vacation in large part to these accommodations. The condo had all the amenities of home and was the perfect size for our family of four. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The proximity to the pool (right off the patio) and beach (steps from the pool) was perfect with two small children. We easily navigated the island because the owners provided us with so much information before we even arrived. It was truly a perfect vacation in every way. We mourned our departure and our children are continously asking us to go back. We can't wait till next summer!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! The condo was great - clean, comfortable and convenient. We were able to relax at the pool and the beach, and have some great photos of the sunsets. We also rented a car and explored the island, so the condo was a great "home base" - to be able to go grocery shopping and pack everything in the provided cooler was perfect for us. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Well I have to say that it was the most beautiful trip I have been on and I would have to say it was because of your accomodations. Your description and pictures were exactly what we had. Our trip was wonderful. The condo was better than we could have hoped. It was clean, well kept, and not musty like many places are in the Carribean. It really had everything we wanted. The pool was wonderful and the ocean was warm and relaxing. We were so relaxed we hardly left the complex. My wife and I are amazed at how few people there were at treasure island. It was like the resort was reserved for us. We will definitely look you up again the next time we go to the island. Thank you so much for sharing your dream with us.

Some things that we really enjoyed: - great views directly from the unit - great pools in the complex - tons of families there so lots of young children around to all play together - great walking distance to a number of things (dive shop, restaurants, internet cafe, Icoa bakery, super market) - Billy Bones is perfect to grab a cocktail or burger - great snorkeling right from the shore - I saw numerous barracuda, parrot fish, sting rays and a whole host of other fish right from the cove. The marine park is quite nice as well and just a short swim. - The unit was extremely well maintained and stocked with everything that you would need - west coast beaches are great for sunsets. - Caymans are very well suited for traveling with youngsters since there are no water issues and all of the amenities as the states. - It was great having the maid (towel) service which I didn't expect to come every day Every night we wanted to go to Georgetown or every day we wanted to go to Sting Ray city or the Turtle farm but we never did because we had so much fun in the Treasure Island complex. We did make it to the Butterfly farm which was nice but other than that we just did lots of swimming and playing in the sand. We ordered food in (chicken chicken, the Bed, pizza and wine on the beach at sunset, etc) and we cooked a little so we didn't even spend much money. We did have a nice meal at the wharf to see the sunset which was worth it. It was really a great time so we're hoping to go again next year and even talk another family or two into renting a unit in the same complex. I'll definitely let you know as we plan out our next year's vacations. I really liked the Cayman's and the direct flight from Boston was an added benefit. All in all - great trip and thanks so much for accurately describing everything.

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved your condo. The weather couldn't have been better and we just had a nice, relaxing vacation. Since this was our first "VRBO experience", my husband and I did not know what to expect (although all of the info you sent us beforehand certainly put our minds at ease). I can't tell you how impressed we were with your condo and all of the little details that were included. Things like the rinsing bin on the patio and the drying rack were a HUGE help, and the kitchen is better stocked than my own! We walked from Treasure Island all the way to the Westin one morning and honestly didn't see a place we'd rather stay. Many thanks for your hospitality-- from the pre-trip info to the amenities at your condo. We will definitely be back!

What a great condo! Steps to both the pool and the beach. Everything was very clean with a great kitchen, deck and living room (with a view of the ocean). Treasure Island is a very clean and relaxing resort in a great location.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation on the island. The condo made the vacation complete. Every possible need was addressed, it iscomfortable and beatufully decorated. You only have to look out the patio door or the window for an ocean view or a pool view. The location could not be better. WE snorkled right out from the beach and saw beautiful fish, especially the parrot fish. We also swam with the stingrays which is an experience of a life time, plus many more enjoyable experiences. We do not regret booking this condo, it is home away from home, we plan to book again as soon as possible. Nancy

We had a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman. We could not have imagined a more perfect vacation. The condo was perfect and the owners were extremely helpful. The island was so much fun-the teens had a great time-as did the adults! Each day we had a new adventure, the water was unbelievably clear, the weather was warm, the sunsets breathtaking, and the evening breezes refreshing. The huge pool was very convenient and the ability to go snorkeling just a few steps away was truly a bonus. In addition, the entire family was able to go out at night and feel safe. This condo is very comfortable and makes you feel like you're in your own home...but in a tropical location! I think one of the best features is that it is on the main level and walks out to the beach or pool and swim-up bar area. I can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful condo with many amenities. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with access to the outdoor patio. The view from the ground floor patio is great. You are just a short distance from the beach and the pool. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a wonderful place to stay, along with a fun and scenic island to enjoy.

We have stayed at this condo 4 times and LOVE it. We'll be back again in the future. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, very clean and you can see both the beach and the pool from the front patio door. It's close to everything, but because it faces the beach and pool, there's a feeling of seclusion. The owners are great about providing information about the condo and the island. We've stayed there with friends and with our children and everyone always wants to go back. The snorkeling is fantastic--even right out in front of the condo.
