TWO MASTER SUITES WITH FIREPLACES; attached baths. One upstairs on living level with sitting room and walk in closet, new king, very plush back saver mattress. Second master is downstairs, entry and bedroom level, with a new queen mattress, french doors to separate covered patio and private entry.
Third bedroom, has a twin bed with a crib or a queen airbed.
STUDY/OFFICE/FOURTH BEDROOM with closet. This room also has french doors opening to a covered patio and a private entry. New queen sofa bed, TV, printer available for your own high speed internet computer. This is a very comfortable room that is easily used as a 4th bedroom and a great room to hang out.
Large laundry room and good place to dry those clothes after a day in the snow. There is a snow melt driveway and a heated one car garage that is also great for ski equipment. Additional off street parking for several cars.
This is our private home that we live in for the majority of the year. We would expect that your family treat it with the respect and love as we do. There is a cold room entry for boots and coats. We ask that you not wear outside shoes inside of our home. For additional deposit we would allow a small, well behaved dog. PLEASE...NO SMOKING
